thank you for your energy and your classes, you are my favorite practice every morning since the past few months. would love to have a similar practice for this one but specially for menstruation pains maybe ? and also maybe a full chakra yoga flow would be amazing too.. but mostly, thank you for everything, you are the smoothest and most inspiring !

It was my second day of a 9-5 office job so I was doing a lot of sitting. This video definitely helped after work ! Can you do a yoga video for people to decompress after sitting all day??
Amazing, this opening flow is actually perfect for a day of sitting! You can also try the last gentle flow if you are shorter one time. Will make more of course ☺️

Felt good. Was sore from a 60 min power yoga yesterday. Would love a 60 min traditional Vinyasa or Hatha. But really anything you do is great. Namaste.
