Hi friends, how did you like this new morning pranayama routine? First time we are doing the energizing Bhastrika (bellows breath) Let me know what you think!
it's great to start with bhastrika as itz an activating breath. I usually like doing bhastrika, bhramari and end with anulom vilom to calm. The sigh at the end was relieving too. Thanks jenny.
The physiological sighs are great. I got to know this from dr Andrew huberman on UA-cam and I use it just normally at work and sometimes for stress relief when I'm studying. 😊
Whoa! This was my first time practicing Pranayama breathing exercise and I felt so calm throughout my whole body! I have to come back to practice because I'm pretty slow. Your voice is additionally very calming, making it easy to settle. Thank you for this meditation!
That was great. Thank you! I appreciated that you said not to stress about the hand mudra during the alternate nostril breathing exercise. It's like you could see me struggling through the screen. 😆
