That was a really nice perception about yoga. Sometimes I feel so lonely being a man who practices it. It changed my entire life, and I have nobody to talk about it. It's nice to see people around the world find themselves just like I did.
@sergiomurilo758 I find it weird that so many souls including myself, feel lonely on this planet, and yet there's so many people that resonate with each other and can find so much if they connect. I know many men that do yoga, maybe join a class? :)

“not something I have to do, its something I get to do” i love this frame. Thank you for sharing this beautiful growth of yours Carolina! deff and inspiration 🙏
That’s sooo impressive! ❤😍 Can you share how often you exercised prior to this 3 months? 🤓 and when it became habitual (meaning, it wasn’t a torture to make yourself do it every day) for you (like after a week, 2,3)?
@@gala_mars Thank you! I want to say around the three week mark was when it became a apart of my joy... After that I didn't even think about it, it's just something I do. I also should point out that at that same time I began cycling syncing, doing that helps me to understand what kind of yoga is best for any given day. There are a ton of great videos on the topic all over you tube if you haven't heard of it before. It really is a game changer to health and wellness, it even helped me to loose 10 pounds. Before I began all this I would try to work out about 3 days a week for a few years, it never really stuck before.
@@craftiestcraftstress very interesting. Thank you for sharing 🥰 . I’m thinking of making this leap into everyday exercising too, although it sounds intimidating for now. Keep up the flow ❤️🙏🏽
You have inspired me to make 2024 my year of yoga every day. I fell in love with yoga in 2023 and it changed my life. I'm excited to see what happens when I'm more consistent and appreciative of how my body can move.
This is beautiful. I started a daily meditation practice 3yrs ago. This year I decided to add yoga to my daily practice. I started practicing consistently in November and it’s brought so much to my life already. I’m all about daily practices and the stability they create both internally and externally. ❤
Well done,🙏🤙 ive been practicing for 25years, ive did astanga for decade, then hatha for another decade, but recently due to injuries and spinal stenosis (surfing for 35 years) i just do yin yoga with "kassandra on UA-cam" when i can. 🤗 Yoga is all about being in the "here and now" and to try connect with your inner-self away from the outer-self and the distraction of your"ego" to connect with your divine spirit, by doing Asanas to get to just BEING in the present moment. Sweet video, namaste.❤
As a Yoga teacher for 52 consecutive years, I loved hearing the message in this video! Good job! Keep it up & keep sharing your beautiful Light! Thank you & Namaste!
Gosh I love how different your perspective is.Starting you practice off by asking what it is that you/your body truly need is so beautiful. So many of these "I did ___ every day for a year" videos are all about the physical transformation and "body goals" or whatever. Your perspective is so FRESH and wise at the same time. Thank you!
Thank you for this video Caro. I tried yoga a while ago but, suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, after a few weeks of practice I was still stiff, clumsy and just let myself get discouraged of not seeing any progress. Hearing you say ''you don't have to get better'' is really something I needed to hear. This alone has inspired me to try again. Much love, and a happy and healthy 2024 to you!
this video is beuatiful and inspiring. I love yoga too. Maybe Feldenkrais method could be a good option for you too. I am sure there is someone teaching it in your country whichever it is.
I made a New Year resolution 21 years ago to do yoga everyday and I have stuck to that, even if it is 5 minutes. Thanks for sharing your journey. Yoga is a life saver.
I used to do yoga everyday but unfortunately my lower back can’t handle downward dogs. Turns out I have degenerative spine issues and it hurts so bad sometimes 😢 Be gentle with yourselves and honor your pain. Don’t fight yourself to become your fantasy self. Go slow.
"be gentle with yourselves and honor your pain, don't fight yourself" so true!!! what I've learned the most from this practice is meeting myself where I'm at, there's days I can't to downward dog and I don't, gentleness above it all 🤍🤍
So true!!! Some of us with pain can do stuff… I’ve realized that because I have knees and back problems is better to mix some yoga postures and some Pilates ones …the ones I can
I use to do yoga but my condition worsen , I also have the same condition, I started Pilates couple months ago to strengthen my core and it’s a life changer. No pain
I hateee exercise and recently connected with yoga and you articulate everything I feel about it so accurately. It found me at a dark time and I appreciate it so much now
When I do yoga I not only connect to my body but I also feel connected to all things. The expansiveness of the entire universe and often my heart fills with warmth and love and peace. I prefer to do it alone because I feel so much and so deeply I want to go at my own pace and not be distracted by those around me or by the pace of a class.
I have never been a fan of doing handstands or headstands during my yoga practise. Each time I practise, it is meditative and restorative. I used to go for yoga classes that forced me to do headstands or handstands and I disliked it. There are benefits to doing both poses but they never resonated with me. I still love my practise and just like you, I have been doing it daily
Thank you. Beautiful reminder. As an older woman I sometimes look for excuses not to show up for myself, and I live how you have expressed your journey here as being in service to yourself and meeting your body where it's at in the moment. Thank you. I love this❤
Greetings from Austria.😊 I'm a yogateacher, since about 10 years, and your video is just wonderful, for me to listen...thank you, for sharing and inspiring people, to discover, the healing essence of Yoga...😊🙏
I’ve got to anchor myself to something as rewarding as this. I wake up, walk my dogs, and then make/drink coffee and… work. Your kind of dedication to your own health, it’s inspiring. The sitting daily has been ruining my hip/Si joints, need a counter balance it.
Ive been practicing yoga when i was 34y/o im 40 now… i am soo Happy I found yoga in my mid 30’s. My friends will always say i look like im on my 20’s and that is..😁 Thanks to Yoga🧘🏻♀️🙏🏻
Thank you for taking the time to do this video. It is very inspiring and I congratulate you for taking the time for yourself and for caring and loving yourself. I love that you value yourself and that you matter to you.
This is a great source of inspiration! Thanks Caro! I am in my early 60's, vegan, yogi and martial artist. Sometimes I feel guilty for skipping a day or two in my daily sadhana. I do adapt my practice to changing needs and circumstances. I hate it when difficulties arise with family members and get sidetracked because of those incidents. As a husband and father, I am a 24-hour troubleshooter. Best Regards! Saludos desde México! 😊
I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. I have a lot of respect for everyone on the journey and hearing you speak the way I feel about connecting to myself more than expectations, rather being present and connected I appreciate that. 🙏 Wishing you Peace n Prosperity ❤️🔥
This is truly beautiful, and thank you for sharing. I resonate with this deeply as I have been practicing for almost a year now. I feel the exact same way in something that makes me feel truly good and regulating my nervous system then a goal that needs to be reached at this moment in my life. I truly thank yoga for providing me with a safe space i can provide to myself - it’s priceless.
Thank you for the inspiration. I guess I really needed it. I randomly cried at the end of the video. Like my soul was craving it and yelling YES!!! I've been wanting to start my 30 days of yoga. This definitely showed up like magic ✨️
This is so beautiful to watch especially as I’m at the start of my yoga journey, I started it 1 month ago! I’m already loving it and hoping to do it forever ❤
I challenged myself to go to the gym at least four times a week and do a full body workout. And in doing so I found that I really enjoyed the experience. There's something about getting regular workout whatever that may be, that has a really healing effect on one's mind and body.
So inspiring, thank you ❤️ Love the idea to show up consistently every day, simply in the way you can - that might be 100% on one day, and 10% on another.
Thank you, Caro, for sharing. I discovered your video over a week ago, and you inspired me to get back on my mat. I've never been consistent with yoga, but now I've been doing it every day since this video, and i plan to practice every day for the next year. 😊
I watched this on the morning of new year's day. What a fabulous inspiration you are. I am going to get out my mat and start practicing. I wish you well and thank you.
Caro, this was so inspiring! Thanks a lot😍365 days of yoga got me through the first year of the pandemic - such a difficult and challenging time for me and for many people. I am slowly returning to yoga - I do a few minutes once a week. It calms me and cleanses me.
Amazing! Isn't it wonderful how our bodies, breath, movement can all be allies for difficult times? (And happy times as well) i am so enamored reading the beautiful comments sharing stories and lifting each other up 🤲🏽
I love this short and beautiful message. Love the background music. I have not been consistent and it is tough trying to fight back all the laziness and procrastination with getting back on the yoga mat. Thanks for inspiring !! 😊
I am moved and inspired by the gentleness and honesty you approach your practice, your body ❤ I feel this daily intention to meet yourself where you are is truly transformative, empowering and revolutionary. It is the opposite of what capitalism and toxic productivity want for (or out of) us.
i love your perspective, definitely transformative! it's not something i can pull off in every aspect of life, but being able to do it on my daily practice does shift things around :)
Yes, yes , yes! That’s all I kept saying throughout this. So glad to see this today, it was and is how I feel about my yoga journey. Thanks and many blessings ❤️🙏❤️
Congrats! This is such a lovely and inspiring accomplishment. I have a similar journey with my meditation practice, I'm at almost 2000 days without missing, and I've been craving a return to yoga. This video was a confirmation to begin asap. Thanks for sharing! ❤️
Thank you, it inspires me to have the same experience. I practice/teach nearly everyday, but I love the challenge to show up everyday for myself in this manner. I discovered your channel thanks to this video, I have to say I love your art and your vibration. See you soon 🥰
Thank you for this inspiration, Caro from Peru😊Esto es lo que necesitaba... Remedy for my constant fear and anxiety. Breaking loose from pressure. Gracias++
This was very motivating, thank you so much. I used to practice so hard for a few years and then I suddenly completely stopped and it's been hard to get back on track ... This has motivated me to start again and take it at my own pace ❤
Thank you for sharing. I used to be dedicated to my practice but had given it up quite a few years ago. I find your disciple inspiring. I used to love the headstand; it was something that was taught to me as a fundamental and brought me,literally, a different perspective and so much internal joy.
Hi Carolina, I'm so glad a video from you popped up again, I'd forgotten how much I love your Art journey and the magic therein and now Yoga! I've moved to India for the winter and I'm resurrecting both my Yoga practice and my artwork. It is such a pleasure to watch this video, to see you and feel your energy connecting body, spirit and creativity once more. I love the environment in the video, the calm, the beauty, nature, your Dome.. Thank you Carolina, now I'm thinking about your Patreon. Sending love from over here 🙏
One of the best videos on yoga practice I have come across. Just be gentle, don't force hard on your self, promise to show up on mat, dont run after particular poses or flow as this will come naturally to you.
What a lovely and gentle video. I wonder what videos you used for your yoga? By watching you I can see that who you watch is a flow of practice that I would like to do. Thank you.
Thank You for this video. You are a true Yogi. Yoga is modular. It is not necessary to become an acrobat to practice Yoga. It should be easy, flexible and slow.
Thank you Caro, for sharing your beautiful Yoga journey! I loved going to a Yoga studio before the pandemic but haven't been back since. This year I have committed to a 30 day Yoga challenge (or January) from one of my favorite online Yogis - I commit to 20 minutes a day, but often will keep going for longer. Like you, I try to do it first thing when I get up. I hope the 30 days will turn into a habit for me. Yoga is the best thing, second only to art!
Thank you for this video! You made me realise that showing up and doing what feels "right" at the time is much more sustainable than the chase to achieve certain poses or ignore how I feel in order to follow what someone else is doing (class/guided). Thank you for reminding me of the importance of me ❤
I love this Caro! This last week of the year I've been doing yoga every day and I now feel even more inspired to keep going. What are your favorite online classes/teachers that you would recommend? Thank you for all you share!
This is so inspiring ! I was just sharing with my husband yesterday how I am disciplined and I show up to everything in my life, including my health in terms of supplements & diet, but I could never have that with my practice of movement, yoga or exercise. I only get motivated when I teach the class, but never alone. So that was definitely great timing.
This video was so inspiring!! It can be difficult to remain consistent and see the importance of moving your body each day. But this is a beautiful reminder of why it is so important to continue to show up for yourself each day no matter what! Thank you for taking the time to share this :)
I love the transparency of your message and in regard to a handstand, which I cannot do either. Being present in your own body and practicing is such a beautiful privilege.
Great video. You have inspired me to take up yoga again after a pause of 8-9 years! I will do this in a variety of different locations as demonstrated in your video. Thank you for the inspiration. ❤
You're an amazing storyteller. Tha k you for this video, it gave me confidence in myself, understanding for weak days and was soothing me. ❤ Sometimes the bad days seem to become so many... But it's just perspective. It's just drops in a lifetime of many days in life.
Thank you for this video. I've been off the mat for quite sometime. Watching this video provided the spark I need to return back my practice and back to the present. This is my 7th time watching this video lol.
Gracias por este mensajito tan lindo Caro bella! It's incredible when I go for a long time without practicing and I do, I will always cry. It's a mixture of releasing emotions and a realization that no matter what, my practice has me and in those moments I connect with God/Source the most. Your video motivated me to committing to yoga fully for this next year, besos!
I loved your video 🥲 it made me remember how I used to love practicing. I stopped because I could not afford to practice in a yoga studio. But seeing you make me feel that practice alone anywhere can connect you with the benefits. Those benefits 🙏🏼💖
You inspired me so much. I definitely will take this challenge for myself. I wanted to do this for such a long time, but didn't have the courage. Thank you. God bless ❤
Wow, that’s so inspiring! Yoga every day for 3 years is an amazing commitment. Can’t wait to hear about all the benefits and transformations you experienced! 🙌🧘♀✨
'You're perfect' I hear. Thanks so much for this. I needed this. I'm on my journey and not very flexible with it yet but I feel my heart with it. I feel reiterated at my feeling of knowing I'll get to where I need to be with it.
Beautiful video! ❤ I have been practicing everyday for 2 years now and I can definitely relate to how much yoga has changed my life in so many positive ways. On and off the mat. Thanks for sharing🙏 namaste💕
So inspiring. Thank you so much for taking the time to share. Your videos are always a breath of fresh air for me. Reminding me to slow down and breathe.
Yes! Yes! Yes! To everything you said. Beautiful settings and practice. I, too, have done yoga every day for almost 4 years, and I agree with EVERYTHING you said! Yoga❤
This is so inspiring. It was my first time seeing you. I am a non-practicing yoga instructor who has fallen off the yoga-train. This inspiration is my ticket to get back on it. Thank you.
atleast 15 minutes a day is such a good meter to staying consistent ❤ I love this. thank you for sharing. also, what GORGEOUS spaces you practice in. I wonder where all these locations are?

i love your perspective, definitely transformative! it's not something i can pull off in every aspect of life, but being able to do it on my daily practice does shift things around :)
Bravo Caro! You have inspired me at a perfect time of re-setting and renewal. Thank you!
Congrats!!! This is very inspiring, I started meditating mostly everyday back in Oct 2022 and it has truly been one of the most beautiful journeys 🤲🏽🌀
Gracias++
Omg! Love this video sooo much!!! Thank you for sharing realistic journey ❤
And congrats for your 3 years efforts 🎉 You did a great job…
Sending love from over here 🙏
Happy New Year 🎉 This was a beautiful video!:)
One of the best videos on yoga practice I have come across. Just be gentle, don't force hard on your self, promise to show up on mat, dont run after particular poses or flow as this will come naturally to you.
this is my day 7 of 30 days to full splits self imposed challenge. im loving it. this video is very helpful. thank you
What a lovely and gentle video.
What a wonderful perspecitve, thank you so much for sharing this.
what a wonderful video! you put a lot of my thoughts and experiences regarding yoga into words. Thank you and happy new year!❤
Thank you for this video! You made me realise that showing up and doing what feels "right" at the time is much more sustainable than the chase to achieve certain poses or ignore how I feel in order to follow what someone else is doing (class/guided). Thank you for reminding me of the importance of me ❤
I've been doing yoga for a few years now and I can't see not doing it now. I don't feel right if I don't stretch. Im happy to see you doing it too! ❤
I love how naturally and soft yoga became the part of your life, im amased by this true-love relationships
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and videos and personal Journey. It inspires me to continue my journey. ❤️❤️❤️
I love the transparency of your message and in regard to a handstand, which I cannot do either. Being present in your own body and practicing is such a beautiful privilege.
Very inspirational, genuine and relaxing. Thank you for this ❤
Great video.
What a beautiful, inspirational and even poetic video. Thank you for this. It might help to restore my own practice.
I love looove this! Thanks YT for this recommendation.
Wow what a beautiful video. Thank you for sharing!
beautiful video and truly inspiring, I needed to watch this, thank you!
On and off the mat for sure! Congratulations on your commitment to your practice, here's to more days flowing and learning on our mats :)

I really needed to hear this message and approach to healing my body through movement. so grateful to you for sharing this ☺
I've been practicing daily for 3 years now too, and have never felt better in my body! Congrats on your anniversary!
This is so inspiring. It was my first time seeing you. I am a non-practicing yoga instructor who has fallen off the yoga-train. This inspiration is my ticket to get back on it. Thank you.
Enormously inspirational, thank you.
atleast 15 minutes a day is such a good meter to staying consistent ❤ I love this. thank you for sharing. also, what GORGEOUS spaces you practice in. I wonder where all these locations are?

I deeply appreciate this video. You have inspired me to come back to my practice.
I love this! I just started back doing yoga and already feeling the benefits of it. "I show up as I am everyday" so important.

@@Cafeinacoli I agree!
I love this!! I’m curious where all these lovely places are in the world? You’re an inspiration🧘♀️
