    Circuit 1:
    Step-up with a high knee e/l
    Tricep dips
    Decline mountain climbers
    Circuit 2:
    Split squats e/l
    Oblique crunches
    Incline push-ups
    Circuit 3:
    Side lunge e/l
    Toe touch with legs apart
    30 second plank hold
