Tim~ I started teaching in the midst of the pandemic. I live in a small Port town in the upper most corner of Washington State. It's a wee little place with a pretty sweet n' swell movement community. The warm/hot studio I'm at draws us all in like moths to a flame; especially during these winter months. Before I started teaching, your videos were a staple for my "at home" practice when I desired a little more structure. Turns out I have patterns and habits that limit me in my diversity of ROM - what a shocker. If you ever find yourself heading North, I would love to host you on my family's little farm and to have you guest teach at our little spot. Nothing fancy, but you would be most welcome. Maybe something you could experiment with, is somewhere after the flows in mountains pose, take a little brake of a breath of 2 to check in how your body is feeling right now, personally l like this moments. Hi Tim, today I am so grateful to practice with this video. I broke a bone in my foot and have to wear a boot for 6 weeks, then rehab and PT. I couldn"t stand not doing yoga , so today ( because of all your great teachings on modifications) I was able to do the whole 40 minute video. I am renewed and my body is feeling so much better. Of course, I will be very careful, but I will continue to do this weeks video and am grateful to you for all your lessons in modifying poses when needed.
Did this one the second time. Today straight after I woke up. I can feel this practice will change the rest of the day. If calmnes would be a superpower I would need a cape and should get invited to the marvelfam now.
I loved the pace of this class. And that it is so well rounded within 45mins - the longest I can fit in each school day morning between one child leaving the house and the next rising. Thank you. Seems like a sort of synthesis, bringing so many things together in full consciousness. If my aged frame wont’t be up to a warrior 3 position (but maybe it will) satisfaction remains enormous. Insights on working to regain the (lost) bridge were appreciated, delineated with great clarity.
This was really A full body work out, I really enjoyed it. The pace was just right, not too slow and not too fast. More like this please! As always, thanks Tim.
