Flo mentioned in another video that he either goes hard or backs off, no in between. I’ve found that very helpful and have been applying it to my routine during my intention. Don’t always push yourself so you hate the yoga but appreciate the process of getting stronger. Great class would love longer ones.

Lolol I just realized this is the only class I noted as “do not do” because I did it like 2 years ago when I just started on your page 😂 it was so challenging I got frustrated and thought it was “un-do-able” 😅 Two years later… look at me now!!!!
I have been looking for challenging yoga routines, without the arm balances, and this was perfect. I loved the flows of movement. Yoga flows like these enable me to improve mobility as well, while building strength. I am actually shaking after this routine. Looking forward to improving and doing this flow perfectly, and also to other workouts like these! Appreciate all the work you put in! Today I surprise my self coming here for a little stretch after morning run, and turn up that this was a really strong class, and more surprising was to actually finishing it, showing my self that I’m really strong now. There are a few thing that can be improved of curse, but I will come back for sure to improve more my self and my strength. Thank you! Namaste 🙏🏼

I thought I was fairly limber before starting yoga. I am not. But the beautiful aspect of life is getting out and taking one step into that uncomfortable area. Focus on the step and not the staircase. Embrace the challenge (Friction) as it provides growth.

I am really starting to appreciate yoga. It centers me. I enjoy the experience of not having to think, and just being guided through things. It feels alot les stressful than workouts you have keep track of. And yoga prepares me for other challenges of the day. It feels like meditation, with the added benefit of getting stronger every time you do it. Which, I believe your or Bre have said before haha. The whole act is about focusing on the breath, both in the most challenging parts, and in the resting parts. This has been an amazing journey. I haven't done this practice in a while. But I always find this one to be the most therapeutic. Especially for the legs. This targets areas of the legs that carry all of the tension in the groin, lower back and hamstrings.
I absolutely love the gratitude you show and teach us yo show to ourselves at the end of each session. Its so easy to jump back up and forget about it once the movement part is over with… but you keep us at it. That you for this little extra at the end, as well as for a solid mindful practice. Enjoy it a lot!!
this was my first experience of your classes! it was wonderful! stiff at almost 50, so added a few vinyassas in the beginning! what a lovely sequence! thank you thank thank you! and to your teachers - i thank them! i look forward to exploring your well organized you tube channel and sharing with friends!
This is the best yoga instruction I have ever had, super corrective instructions for joints etc. . Table top is more like a couch in my own case. No worries. My breathing is pretty good, but I more easily get exhausted so need deep noisy breathing , because also cardio for me. I love his precis correcting with feet, hip. knee shoulder, arm, hands positions also head. So great for my arthritic joints and non balanced trunk0 fatty belly. My teacher of 4 years Thor in Aarhus is also very good but not so many variations as here,. He can do it, but tries to keep us all positive with our own investments staying happy. Tusind tak :-) We have had a 15 month Corona pause now but the body still remembers. We started up again yesterday. Head and forearm stands look easy for the young, but just standing on my head against wall bent 90 degree at hip seems to give same effect. Never knew that. Forgotted easy balance. Could before, but no more :-)

That episode is absolutely stunning. I have been watching u for over a year and really inspiring by your Strong "movies" and how they evolve. At the last time it's really challanging to repeat exactly as you do. Your videos are oasis among "breakdown/caranthine" times, and prompted me to do it frequently and stronger than before.
I am fairly new to your channel and am really enjoying its content. Now tryIng to practise yoga daily instead once a week, if I was lucky. So much stuff I have learned from you both already. Looking forward to trying this new video later on this evening.

This is one of my go-to classes. It's well rounded, not too strong, but not too easy. Leaves you feeling accomplished for a short class! Nice Work!
