This is how I felt in 2015!! 😂😂😂😂 There are so many great Yoga channels out there, but I find myself just watching their videos and then reverting back to his channel to actually do the workout.
I even remember the name of this channel changed like twice or something 😂😂 It was something like Yoga Das at one point as well.
So wonderful to see the channel grow.

I had accident and my left knee was injured, so I couldn't balance on that side as good as I can on right. And first I was so sad when that happens, then thanks to Tim I decided to give it some time. This man is legend. 😁

Tough class Tim, almost level 2 .I skipped most of the vinyasas because I had already built up so much heat. I feel taller and my hips feel a little sore but in a good way.If your ears are burning tomorrow it may be from me swearing at you. Thanks Tim!

As always, this was terrific. I did the mobility test afterward. Can't say I was more flexible, but everything felt a bit more solid, if that makes sense. Above all, I noticed that I had better range in pigeon and cow faced pose than is usually the case, so I do think that isometric prep helps. Thanks so much!
