Just what I needed thank you Tim. I give todays class about an 8 on the challenge-o-meter. I really set the intention of using controlled breathing while making sure the ribs stayed in and down. This really helped intensify the class. I believe I got out of it what you intended us to get out of it. Thank you so much!

I thought I wouldn't be strong enough for this video, but instead, I feel empowered. Fun sequences and flows, and plenty of opportunities for stronger variations (headstand, bridge, chaturanga push-ups, etc.). Thank you, Tim.

Quite remarkable sesson even though my capacities are limited. Perhaps the prospect of holding a Warrior 3 is not out of reach even for an 82-year old, but I realized that acrobatics are not the point. Once again, the feeling of a cleared-out body and freedom in general was quite distinct and rewarding.

Recovery from last weeks Covid is tough. Made it to 11min this morning and 18min in the afternoon, sweating like a pig. Will keep it going slowly. 6/10 for sure

Your cues in bridge pose were so great - all of a sudden I found so much extra length in my neck! Rocking shavasana too. I'd say this was a five or so. Great class, but feel free to turn up the intensity!

I can easily tell that you're the only yoga teacher i can stick to. I would totally join Conscious Movement Community if i didn't live in turkey lo. ($1=18 turkish liras). Love the calmness of your voice and how you easily explain the poses. Keep up the good work!
