I accidentally let them get a little too done on top but thanks to your amazing trick, they tasted incredible straight out of the oven and were even softer the next day and you couldn’t even tell one of the trays was practically BURNED, and the trays that were only a little overdone on top were absolutely PERFECT even the next day when normal rolls would’ve already gone stale, even if they had been perfectly baked. WINNING RECIPE!!! This was my first attempt at making cinnamon rolls by scratch. I never felt confident and kept putting off trying. I made your recipe today and they got rave reviews. Using bread flour and adding the heavy cream during baking makes such a difference. Thank you so much for sharing!
I don't remember if I have already put a comment but Tatyana these are the best cinnamon rolls ever! I have been making your recipe for over a year and people absolutely love them! I get requests to make them all the time. Thank you so much!!
Actually I make these delicious Cinnamon Rolls every week.... my son comes to visit me and I serve them for breakfast.... delectable and nutritious as well! Easy to prepare.... start in the morning and they should be read for brunch.... I never buy store- bought! Home made everything!!!
The best recipe i have tried! :) And i have tried for long, have never seen anyone do what you did with the cream on top before you put them in the oven :) Thank you!
Omg. Made these yesterday and they came out sooo perfect. Usually when I’ve try making cinnamon rolls in the past, the bread portion came out too stiff/dry. Haven’t tried again for years as a result and had almost given up on any I made from scratch turning out right. These were flawlessly soft and fluffy. Perfect texture! I think the step of the cream on these really make the recipe unique and virtually foolproof for those who aren’t that great at baking, such as myself. I did end up needing to add about 1/3rd a cup to 1/2 a cup of extra flour in order to knead it without it sticking. Don’t worry if you need to do this guys! Just add JUST as much flour as you need to in order to be able to knead it without it sticking to your fingers. No more than that! Also. No problem if you don’t have loose dental floss (we use the pic flossers ). I cut mine in firm quick motions with a dough scraper. Thanks Tatyana for your amazing recipe and great instruction!
Made these again yesterday, but didn’t need to use even all the flour the recipe called for this time around....so again ( for any looking for tips), I will emphasize how important it is to just go by feel when you start using your hands with the dough and stop adding the the flour as soon as the dough is no longer sticking to your fingers .... that being said...this time I made a variation of the frosting that incorporated real maple syrup ....and sprinkled real bacon pieces/bits (like the kind you add to salad) on top...was sooo delicious! (For the maple frosting, for 3 rolls [youd need to make about 3x more if you’re making frosting for the entire recipe] I just eyeballed about 2oz of cream cheese, 1-2tb of softened butter, a dash of vanilla, 3-4TB or so of pure maple syrup, and about 3-4Tb of powdered sugar) I only baked as many rolls as I needed for one breakfast (3 rolls, that fit perfectly into a parchment lined standard loaf pan, so my family of of 3 wouldn’t end up eating the entire recipe within 2 days like last time 😂) , and the rest I placed flat on a baking tray and froze...after that placed in a ziplock bag....plan to simply thaw/rise them at room temp for a few hours as needed in the future, and a batch of 3 only took 5 (before the cream addition) and then 15 minutes to bake, instead of the full time.
Omg thank u so much for this awesome recipe!I made it today and it turned out freaking perfect!I was so happy cause it tasted so good! The advice to poor heavy cream on top after 10 mins really took it to the top!!I wish i could show u the pics!Thank u so much again
I just made these today and I am still bowing to the applause in my head. Look no further. This is THE best cinnamon rolls recipe. Thanks, Tatyana and Nina.
Today I am making these for the second time. This recipe is so delicious my husband begged me to make it again since his family is out visiting. Thank you Tatyana for sharing this delicious recipe!!
This was my first time making cinnamon rolls this morning and chose your recipe because the idea of using heavy cream intrigued me & I had some in my fridge. Well, I followed the directions/ingredients exact and they turned out AMAZING! It reminded me of Cinnabon, they were so fluffy and just melt in your mouth. I put them in the fridge and just warmed one up in the microwave for about 30 seconds and they are just as delicious. It might have taken me about 3 hours to make them since it was my first time making cinnamon rolls from scratch but I cannot wait to use this recipe for company in the future, THANK YOU for sharing! NO MORE Pillsbury dough from the can!
I made these cinnamon rolls yesterday, and I just felt so proud of myself! I used the ingredients necessary and followed the instructions to the letter. They really are THE BEST classic recipe you can try. I brought them to a family reunion today and people finished them all. They loved them and were asking for the recipe, even suggesting I should make some for sale! This recipe will be a staple as part of our family cook book. Thank you so much!
I made my own cream cheese for the frosting and replaced most of the butter with shortening, and it still turned out amazing♡. I can't eat more than one at a time because of just how filling they are 😋
Hi Tatyana! I've watched this a few times just so I can remember exactly what you did in the video hahaha. Anyway, I tried to make this a few days ago and it turned out reallyyyyyyyy good! The bread was so soft and with the added heavy cream in betwen baking- that made it softer! Thank you so so much. :)
I browned the butter in this recipe to enhance flavour. I did find the dough to be a bit too soft and light and airy. I actually prefer the dough to be a bit more dense or heavy but these are good. I also toasted pecan in salted butter, chopped them and added with the filling and some on top of frosting after baking.
Thank you Tatyana, I've tried many different cinnamon roll recipes and yours is the best! It's really easy and the result is just amazing!!I I really love your tip of pouring some heavy cream which makes a big difference to the result. Thank you again for sharing this lovely recipe.
Just making these now. When you said "you really can't mess these up", my subconscious took this as a challenge and I discovered I made the dough with self raising flour! Curious to see how this turns out😃😃
I made these yesterday and omitted the nutmeg, also I had to make half and half as a 3 to one ratio of heavy cream and milk and used a baking mat and mine are amazing. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and magic!@ I also did a double batch of icing and it looks like I may not need the extra. Amazing recipe. Thank you very much!!!
I love this, very detailed. I have tried different versions of Cinnamon rolls and plan on trying this one for Christmas--will let you know how it turned out. Thank you!
@@millieways9228 Its the dry yeast.. If you talked about the one in between the sugar and the yeast - its the balance of sugar that left in the bowl if i'm not mistaken..:)

Hi Tatyana!!!! Girl, please…..these are the most fantastic rolls I’ve EVER had!!! Made last night, baked this morning…my neighbors loved them too! Finally , the most excellent cinnamon roll recipe. Can’t wait to try all your other recipes!,,,

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Ive been doing some research into the size of the pan. Your recipe indicates a "large casserole pan". The link to the pan you used shows a 17"x10"x2.5" lasagna pan. I have a 15"x10"x2" casserole pan. There's not too much difference in the sizes. But, when they rise, they might get too large for the pan I have. Will I have to make adjustments to the size of the rolls or will I be able to scrunch them all in my slightly smaller pan?
@@sekereterra Hi! The smaller pan will work great, too! The rolls will turn out just slightly taller, so you may need to bake them for an extra minute or two. You can always check the doneness of the dough with a thermometer. Yeast dough is ready at 190F. Enjoy!
I made these today and they were delicious. Thank you for cheering your recipe with us. you made my day. I'm so happy that finally my cinnamon rolls were perfects .

And thanks to Nina too for her tips. I wish her success in her culinary endeavors. And I wish you success in your cookbook too :D Cheers!
Thank you! This recipe works great, the consistency of the bread was like donuts after baking but they tend to harden a bit because i didnt use heavy cream! Also an alternative to the frosting mixture is using condensed milk+cinnamon powder or coco powder with a little bit of milk, and it tastes just as fine +

@@TatyanasEverydayFood hello from Greece!how do you recommend to reheat them?the microwave didn't have a good result...should we refrigerate the rolls without the frosting for better results?
@@sandy-xi3nx Hi! Thanks for watching from Greece! The microwave would probably melt the frosting. I would recommend using a toaster oven or even the regular oven for reheating. Keep the frosting off if you are planning to reheat :) Enjoy!

I loved Cinnabons especially the pecan ones at the mall. So I never imagined that I can even master these on my own let alone make it better than the ones served at the mall. But OMG I followed this recipe from A to Z and it was the BEST cinnamon rolls I EVER had!!!! I just added some chopped pecans for an extra crunch and I was so happy!!! Everyone else who had them could not stop eating them as well!!!! Best recipe ever!!!
Awesome!! :) I'm so glad you found my recipe! These are even better than the mall ones! I'm happy you loved them and I love the idea of adding pecans! :)
Hello, I was so loved by your recipe that I couldn't stop myself from trying. I have tried couple of recipes before, the result was always good except the moist part, fluffy part of the cinnamons. I tried yours and yes that heavy cream trick did work pretty nice. I didn't have heavy cream so I made my own with milk, butter, half n half and 1 tbsp of sugar. I would love to share the picture and video but UA-cam doesn't have that feature yet. Thank you I just loved it
hello i am from pakistan and tatyana i tried today your cinnamon rolls and they turned out amazing...i tried many other recipes for breads and buns but nothing has ever worked with yeast...this bread of rolls turned out extremely well...thank you
Delicious!! Have been meaning to make these for so long and finally got around to it. All the effort and time are definitely worth it! Brings back memories from being in primary school and having cinnamon rolls for breakfast :) Thank you for this great recipe!
Can someone tell me at what point would I stop at the rise point so that I could freeze or refrigerate the dough to bake at another time?. I want to do these the Sunday before Christmas and refrigerate.
Allow the rolls to proof at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes, then cover the pan with plastic wrap and place the rolls into the refrigerator. They can be made even a few days ahead of time. When ready to bake, remove the rolls from the fridge and let them stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Bake at 330F, adding the heavy cream at the 10 minute baking mark. Continue with the original recipe
Thank you for sharing. Because my baking dish was a tiny bit smaller I failed for proper baking, the heart was not well cooked, so too bad I had to put it back in the oven with the frosting on the top but I was disppointed. I rarely miss a recipe , it still tasted good (but next time I shall use a knife in the dough to check if it's properly baked instead of checking on a colour).
Oh, no! I'm so sorry about that! If you have 2 smaller pans, you can divide the rolls between the two pans. That way, it will bake better. Hope you enjoy the rolls next time! :)

Thank you for replying, I actually let them proof for 45 minutes before I refrigerated. The next day I took out 30 minutes before I baked them. They came out beautiful. Best cinnamon rolls ever. Thank you for sharing:)

I always use your recipe when I am making cinnamon rolls! Me and my family totally love it! Thank you for this recipe, greetings from Holland
So glad to hear that! :) Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I made these today and they turned out amazing. Soft and fluffy just like brioche bread. The cream was a magic touch!!
+Saira Kassam Awesome! I'm so glad you enjoyed them! :))
I'm so glad to hear that! It really is an amazing recipe! :)
I don't remember if I have already put a comment but Tatyana these are the best cinnamon rolls ever! I have been making your recipe for over a year and people absolutely love them! I get requests to make them all the time. Thank you so much!!
That is so wonderful to hear! I’m so glad you and your family enjoy them!
I just made these today and they were DELICIOUS..So soft and fluffy .. Thank you tatyana for this great recipe
+aween0 :) I'm so glad you enjoyed my recipe!
TatyanasEverydayFood can I use full cream milk instead of the heavy cream?
Actually I make these delicious Cinnamon Rolls every week.... my son comes to visit me and I serve them for breakfast.... delectable and nutritious as well! Easy to prepare.... start in the morning and they should be read for brunch.... I never buy store- bought! Home made everything!!!
That's so wonderful to hear! I'm very happy you're enjoying my cinnamon rolls recipe! I agree - homemade is always the best! :)
Awesome!! :) I'm so glad you finally gave them another try with my recipe! :) So glad you enjoyed these!
Soo glad you enjoyed the recipe! :)
I just made these today and I am still bowing to the applause in my head. Look no further. This is THE best cinnamon rolls recipe. Thanks, Tatyana and Nina.
Wonderful! :) So glad you enjoyed the recipe!

@@ShesComplicatedDesig I truly hope you give these a try!
Today I am making these for the second time. This recipe is so delicious my husband begged me to make it again since his family is out visiting.
Thank you Tatyana for sharing this delicious recipe!!
So glad you enjoy it! :)
Did you use bread flour or all purpose flour?
sweet sunshine I’ve made these twice and making some right now. I’ve only ever used all purpose flour with no problems.
I made the cinnamon rolls in two days ago. It was very delicious! My family love it!
That's wonderful - glad you went with my recipe and that you enjoyed it! :))
You're so welcome!! I'm so happy they were a hit with everyone! :) These are my all-time favorite!
I made my own cream cheese for the frosting and replaced most of the butter with shortening, and it still turned out amazing♡. I can't eat more than one at a time because of just how filling they are 😋
Awesome! :))
Just made these today, turned out awesome! Thanks for the recipe.
Hi Tatyana! I've watched this a few times just so I can remember exactly what you did in the video hahaha. Anyway, I tried to make this a few days ago and it turned out reallyyyyyyyy good! The bread was so soft and with the added heavy cream in betwen baking- that made it softer! Thank you so so much. :)
Anjaela Yamagami I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
You're so welcome! Glad you enjoyed the recipe :)
I've already baked it and it tastes soo delicious 😍😍 , my family love it . love your channel
I need to try the trick with a cream for my next rolls! Thank you so much for sharing! Great recipe.
Thank you for watching! My sister shared that tip with me and makes the cinnamon rolls very moist! Loved them! :)

Ania's Kitchen 8,
Yes if you didn’t try it yet it gives the cinnamon rolls the extra crisp we all love😋
Just making these now. When you said "you really can't mess these up", my subconscious took this as a challenge and I discovered I made the dough with self raising flour! Curious to see how this turns out😃😃
Glad to hear they turned out well, even with the self-rising flour! :)
I made these yesterday and omitted the nutmeg, also I had to make half and half as a 3 to one ratio of heavy cream and milk and used a baking mat and mine are amazing. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and magic!@
I also did a double batch of icing and it looks like I may not need the extra.
Amazing recipe. Thank you very much!!!
Awesome!! :) I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe! Double icing sounds so good!
I made these over the weekend and my family and friends absolutely loved them. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I can't wait to make them again.

Hi what is the next ingredient after sugar 1:24 in the dough preparation. Thanks in advance
@@millieways9228 Its the dry yeast.. If you talked about the one in between the sugar and the yeast - its the balance of sugar that left in the bowl if i'm not mistaken..:)
@@iceice9534 thanks so much

Mmmmm! Absolutely the best I've tried (I've tried lots). The cream really helps! But even without it, the bread is still soft. AWESOME recipe!! 👍🙌
hands down the best recipe ever!! as stated!! thank you Tatyana!! ❤️
Tbh, i didn't expect it to turn out this good! DEFINIFELY the best recipe ive ever tried nothing i have ever baked came out this good looking and tastes so good with such a simple and easy recipe, my family loves it too! DEFO TRYING AGAIN
I'm so glad you loved the cinnamon rolls! :)

Hi! I'm so glad you enjoy this recipe! Thank you for all your well-wishes! :)
Thank you for the great recipe, this is my first time to do cinnamon rolls and the result was sooo yummy! Couldn't stop eating!
Thank you! This recipe works great, the consistency of the bread was like donuts after baking but they tend to harden a bit because i didnt use heavy cream! Also an alternative to the frosting mixture is using condensed milk+cinnamon powder or coco powder with a little bit of milk, and it tastes just as fine
+
You're welcome! Definitely use the cream (you can also use regular milk) - it makes all the difference and keeps the rolls super soft :)
@@TatyanasEverydayFood I only found Heavy Whipping Cream or Half & Half. Would either of these work to pour over the rolls while baking?

Yes! You can definitely refrigerate and reheat the next day :)
Keep the frosting off if you are planning to reheat :) Enjoy!

hii! I was gonna make the cinnamon rolls today but realised I didn’t have bread flour, is there any difference with using all purpose flour?? Thank uu
Hi! You can absolutely make these with regular flour, too. Just add the flour slowly and just enough so the dough is soft but not sticky. Enjoy!

Thank you for this great recipe!
+Julie Perekurenko I'm so glad you enjoyed my recipe! :) The effort is definitely worth it! :)
TatyanasEverydayFood After the first 10 minutes on 330 do I increase the oven temperature to 350?
Just got done making this and it was delicious!! 😃
just made these today. and OMG what can i say about this recipe ! they came out peeerrrrfeccctttt.
@@TatyanasEverydayFood that's very kind of you to answer, no big deal about it .. I always learn from my mistakes, the recipe was a discovery for us , we usually bake only french recipes ... but the truth is : american recipes are just as gorgeous as ours. Can i use all-purpose flower instead of bread flower???
if you're going to use all-purpose flour, please adjust the amount. Add a little less; you want to make sure the dough stays soft.
TatyanasEverydayFood thank you, I have watched this recipe, like one hundred times and I wanted to make it but I did not have bread flour, I wanted to know if I could use all purpose flour. Now I have an answer.
