I saved this recipe for Christmas. Please don’t think I am crazy. I give packages to my neighbors and some of my friends. This looks like a great recipe for that. Plus I will be giving it a try now. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Sam. Plastic wrap is easier to work with if you cover the bowl (or other surface) before you cut it from the roll. A tip that took me countless rolls to figure out! Buckeye brownies & buckeye cheesecake are my son's go to birthday dessert requests.
Your recipes are the gifts that keep on giving. This one looks delicious! I love the way you put the metric measurements on your written recipes. I used to never measure that way, but now I make it a point to use the metric measurements. It's actually fun to weigh the ingredients rather than use measuring cups so often. Thanks for your great content!
Looks delicious. I would be adding about a tsp of coffee granules to bloom in the butter to enhance the chocolate flavor. I always add coffee to anything i bake with cocoa
I’m so going to make these for the farmers market this Saturday! I love your recipes! They always sell well for me :-) I’m actually taking your bagel recipe and tweaking it to turn it into a cinnamon crunch bagel for market this weekend also :-)
Curious I am also a vendor at a Farmer's Market. Our area is upper 80's and 90's. Curious how it held up in the hot weather? Did the chocolate ganache top get soft or melt?
@@lizmiller2341 we have a covered pavilion that has some ceiling fans and a great breeze way so even in the upper 80s my chocolate tends to hold up well. It all just depends on your environment though. Our market is also only open from 8 AM until 12 PM so we are gone during the hottest part of the afternoon
Do you have any suggestions on how to wrap these to transport on my carry -on to give these delicious cookies to my Ohio snow-birds living in the south?
Another recipe that is going to change my life. Pro-tip: I use the commercial plastic wrap you can buy at restaurant supply stores. It's 30% less evil.
When you said it was okay to cover the peanut butter if you want. I said (out loud), "It's a buckeye cookie, you're supposed to see the peanut butter." Then you immediately said the same thing! 🤣These look amazing!! Is it okay to use all natural peanut butter? (I hate artificial ingredients.)
I HAVE to make these for my Thanksgiving Day cookie plate! If my taste buds come back before that day, then I'll make them for me and the neighbors. My husband actually does NOT like the peanut butter and chocolate combination. He is so weird! 🙃
These look absolutely delicious! I still have to try your blueberry cookies too! I'll definitely be making these soon! Love chocolate amd peanut butter together! What are your thoughts on adding a 1/2-1 tsp of cornstarch?
I totally agree with Nicky!!!

I love that idea!
These look great! I'm terrible with plastic wrap. I've learned to use a shower cap. Much easier to deal with.
Now that's an innovative technique! I love it! :)

Can’t get any better than this. Chocolate and peanut butter? 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎😎
The BEST combination!

Thank you so much! And I totally agree about using the kitchen scale--it's so fun AND it is so much more precise!
Love the out-takes, it makes it real!
Thank you! :)

How do you stay so fit with all those yummy treats you make? Lol 🍪🍰🧁🥧
I'm guessing family, friends and two active little boys.
I’m still waiting on whatever you make in that heart shaped waffle maker. I’ve been looking for it almost daily.
I actually plan to have it out 7/31. 😊😊
These look so yummy!
They are incredible!
@@SugarSpunRun I sent my husband the recipe link and he told me he wants these for his birthday treat. Sounds better than cake, and I love cake!
Do you have any suggestions on how to wrap these to transport on my carry -on to give these delicious cookies to my Ohio snow-birds living in the south?
I would place them in a large air tight container with a lid. :)
These look delicious! I can't wait to bake some. Where do I find, couverture chocolate?
I buy it on Amazon. Here's my affiliate link. :) amzn.to/3DPIdoN
Yummy going to make 😊
If you put the cut end of the cling wrap on the edge of the bowl before tearing it off, it won't tangle up like that.
Another recipe that is going to change my life. Pro-tip: I use the commercial plastic wrap you can buy at restaurant supply stores. It's 30% less evil.
🤣 30% may make it slightly more tolerable.
Awesome!!!

🤣🤣 I haven’t tried the natural peanut butter. I think it should work here. It might thin it out a bit but should still work. 😊
Wow looks delicious gonna a make it soon thanks for your sharing ❤️
Have fun!
Holy moly, these look so incredible -- thanks!
Thank you so much! 🥰
Not cherry 🍒 on top! Chocolate 🍫 on top! Delicious! ❤
Precisely! 😄
I love brownies cookies 🍪
Me too!
This looks really nice and delicious 😋
Thank you 😋
@@SugarSpunRun you’re welcome anytime
I was expecting to zoom in for the sad hand mixer too ! 😢
Oh never mind it was used later….😂
😆
O. M. G. These are definitely next on the list!!
Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
How did you know I feed the egg whites to my dog?
Mine love them too 😜
Would natural peanut butter work or will it be too thin consistency?
I haven’t tried it. It could work, but it could end up making it pretty thin. My best guess is that it would hold up pretty well
How would u store these awesome cookies?
In an air tight container at room temperature. :)
I’m allergic to peanuts so I’d use almond butter instead!
I hope you love them! :)

Oh no! I hope your taste comes back soon. Who doesn't like peanut butter and chocolate? It's an incredible combination!
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
If you're not gonna use the stand mixer, I will take it off your hands for free. Or is that just a set pice
😆 she gets plenty of use behind the scenes, just not on camera
the trick to plastic wrap is to pull it out over the bowl, get it stuck to the bowl then cut it off. 🙂🙂
Great tip! :)
I see someone before me gave the same advice. I wasn't able to delete my comment.
This is the only cooking show l watch that makes me feel sad for a stand mixer. 😢
🤣
She needs to put a sad face on her poor stand mixer. 😢 I haven't seen her use it 1 time, poor mixer.

It's worth a shot. I haven't tried it to say what it would do.
The blueberry cookies taste just like BoBerry biscuits from bojangles.
Peanut butter is grossest invention ever, even wallpaper paste tastes better, and ive tried it !
Hmmm that’s umm interesting?
Girl use a scale and your work will go faster. I usual measure 25gm per cookie when I go big Felix cookie making
