Billy, I made these cinnamon rolls. They turned out great. I did not put them in refrigerator. My son wanted them and didn't want to wait. Thanks for sharing
I made a few mistakes with this recipe. I used THREE sticks of butter total and ended up with 8 huge, decadent rolls. In short, I will pay better attention to measurements. They were still amazing. Thank you, chef!
This is the best recipe I’ve found but will be eliminating the sugar in the dry ingredients. I did do the same day format and let it triple in size and it was much lighter. Now I’d like Billy to post an Almond Biscotti receipt.😊
Hi Chef. I have leftover pumpkin puree and wanted to add some to this cinnamon roll recipe. Would it work and how much pumpkin puree would you suggest to use? Thanks
Hi, I tried this recipe and I ran out of all purpose flour but just had one more cup, so I decided to use wheat flour for the last cup, but it is a little sticky. I just put it in the fridge, is Tabatha going to affect them because they are a little sticky?
Billie, this is an amazing recipe. My question is the video you call for 1 tablespoon of sugar with the milk in the printed recipe. It says 1/3 cup of sugar can you clarify which is correct thank you love your videos.
@@ChefBillyParisi I don't think that is what they were asking. I have the same question. Can I refrigerate them after rolling so there is just one proof then bake in the morning?
@@ChrisReynolds3 Yes, after rolling and placing in the dish you can go right to the fridge. You do need to pull out in the morning and let sit for an hour before baking.
Your video instructions are different from written instructions. It was very confusing. i.e Adding stuff to bowl at different times and then cold cut up butter but then in video its melted.??? I just had to decide to pick one way of doing it. But I appreciate your recipes and your instructions anyway.
Forgive me for getting personal, but you have such a nice head of hair, I suggest you capture it on camera. On a professional note, love love love your informational cooking posts! Thanks for the professional content!
After the cinnamon rolls are baked can you freeze them for another day? I've made cinnamon rolls once before with great success. I liked to mix my cinnamon and sugar together so I could tell how much cinnamon I liked by the taste before adding on top of the dough.
Totally OBSESSED with cinnamon rolls! I make them for Christmas and birthdays! I can't wait to try your recipe! Thanks Chef Billy!!!
They’re really good

As long as they’re good :-)
I too used too much butter, I had to add more flour and only used one egg. Rising now; will let you know how they turn out.
OMG, I'm making these! Thanks!

Oh, I also warmed my bowl by rinsing it out with hot water first to insure it would keep the yeast rise properly.

Hi Chef. I have leftover pumpkin puree and wanted to add some to this cinnamon roll recipe. Would it work and how much pumpkin puree would you suggest to use? Thanks
Any alterations for nuts?
Sure, you could add in chopped up pecans or walnuts

Can I replace the yeast with sourdough starter to make this? How much do I need?
You could! 12-15% of flour
@@ChefBillyParisi Thank you.
Can I roll them up and cut them and put them in the casserole pan than put them in the fridge? So in the morning bring them to room temp & cook?
Gonna make these today!!!!! So excited! Gonna be epic!🥰🥰🥰🥰 Was I suppose to be using Bob's Red Mill flour?! 🤷♀️
You are going to love them, guaranteed! I always use Bob's no matter what I'm making.

How can i do this without the mixer? Like with my hands or a whisk? Please do let me know i love your recepies and really want to try this
you can use a spoon at first just to mix the ingredients, then knead with your hands. look up "slap and fold kneading" here on youtube.
I don't want to die!!!!
Moderation
Hey there will it be perfect cinnmon rolls of i left dough for about 24 hours ay warmer place? Does it effect it taste ?
Can I use instant yeast for this recipe?
Yes
Chef Billy Parisi thank you!!
Why refrigerate before rolling the dough? Could you make the rolls and then refrigerate overnight so you only have a rise and bake in the morning?
You don’t have to refrigerate, I explain that in the video. You only do it if you want to make them the next day

Hi Billy can I add chopped raisins to the filling ????
Absolutely!
@@ChefBillyParisi
I can't wait thanks!!😄
Can you add Raisins ??
Absolutely
When cooking at the oven what setting do we put? (Fan,up and down, etc?)
No fan

I suppose you could but refrigerating for a day would be better than freezing.
what kind of yeast did you use?
regular active.
@@ChefBillyParisi thank you!
Weight measurements please. :)
כן וא לו פּיצה בּרוּך אננס
Could you please write measurements?
They’re in the description and on my website
I noticed no salt is listed in the recipe. Is this an omission ?
No salt, but you could do a pinch if you’d like
Okay so my dough did rise in the fridge somehow, lol. So let’s see how that goes.
Whoa! Really?
@@ChefBillyParisi Jup, update later on how the rolls turned out! This is very peculiar.
Would be actually great to have metric measurements
I dont have a stand mixer, boooooo
You can do it all by hand my friend no problem!!
