Bravo! When I was your daughters age, my Dad took me shopping for the vegetables to make a 28 quart stock pot of slow 12 hour simmering soup. It was an all day Saturday adventure at the market to learn how to choose the freshest produce, then how to cut them up and which vegetables went into the pot first to cook, so everything would be tinder at the same time. When the soup was done we tasted it, then set aside enough for Sunday's dinner and packed up the rest into freezer containers for later. The Magic to me was that the soup tasted much better when heated up the next day! I felt pride when later on a cold winter day, when we served 'Our Homemade Soup'.

Very easy recipie Laura! I have one overnigth dough for cinnamon rolls from one Greek Chef and they don't neet a mixer! You make them with wooden spoon! They put oil and butter! The live them to proof in the fridge! The next day you make the cinnamon rolls! You can frize them and wen you neet them to bake them is very nice! I try to mske your recipie! Cinnamon rolls to slowly rise in the fridge overnight requires less yeast...it is so much better...the flavour profile is definitely better & the enzymes start to break the gluten down making it easier for your body to digest the gluten as well! You're absolutely right. Many youtube videos use instant yeast and short fermentation. As a baker is very cringy to watch. Making a good delicious bread takes time!

strangely enough i haven't made your cinnamon rolls but your pizza dough recipe is FIRE, i even recommended it to friends and family and they loved it!
That little piece at the end that you called a casualty would only last 15 seconds with me around. Also, I use brown sugar cinnamon mixture instead of white sugar. I love the gue molasses cinnamon flavor and texture that gives.

I love the previous Cinnabon rolls. Came out perfect the first time i tried to make cinnamon rolls. Anything i make from your recipe is always full proof. My overnight batch is in the fridge. A lil concerned about the 3tsp of salt in the recipe. Will see how they come out tomorrow.
Yujin Jang it was very nice. Salt was not a problem. Didnt rise as much as the other cinnamon rolls did though and there was sugary liquid in the pan After i made the overnight batch that morning i made the normal cinnamon roll the same afternoon. I prefer latter.

I am very suspicious of any one who has "Pretty Pans" my pans get used, they are stained, dented and bent because they are well used and LOVED!!
