The guy in the brown sweater is SO excited about the product. He is so incredibly proud of the additional steps they take but he is so humble. It’s truly refreshing to see. He isn’t some suit just spewing talking points. He’s explaining his passion. I can’t wait to own a Brinkley.
So awesome to see a manufacturing facility that went through all the hard core development of their facility to make things run smooth, comfortable, and efficient FOR THE EMPLOYEES!!! HATS OFF TO BRINKLEY STAFF AND THIER EMPLOYEES! I TRULY LOVE THESE 2 MODELS AND HOPE MAYBE SOMEDAY I COULD BE THE PROUD OWNER OF ONE! DONT HAVE MUCH TIME LEFT, BETTER START SAVING MY DOLLARS. LOST IT ALL TO IAN.
The wife and I just bought a z2900 we really like it . Had a few issues with it . The main one was the main A/C unit they didn't tightens the set screw on the fan and it came apart and broke all apart . We brought it back to dealer and they got it fixed along with the other issues. So far I'm good with everything. Thanks for building a great camper.
Good job JD!!! This brand is going to be the one to keep a eye on,There's alot of thought behind the build quality and it shows. Can't wait for the rest of the tour!!!
Host of the channel didnt introduce the wonderful gentleman of Brinkley. Must have slipped his mind. That's the cleanest most pristine RV workshop I've ever seen and I've seen a lot. I want a Brinkley now.
With nearly 40 years of mechanical design, failure analysis and quality control manufacturing engineering experience, awesome to view an RV manufacture that truly understands 100% respect to people, value and service like no other.
Every RV is built to satisfy a price point but outside of the materials where an RV Manufacturer can really make a difference is processes and manufacturing. It looks like Brinkley has definitely used there combined years of experience to do that.
Great job on showing us the inside of Brinkley. We are fairly new to the RV world. As full timers, we are upgrading to a Brinkley G 4000 from. Truck camper. Our unit is scheduled to arrive today. I gained some valuable knowledge by watching these two videos. It provided a base for further study and a list of questions to bring to Brinkley, of which, they answered promptly and professionally. Thank you
It is interesting to see the products from the original producers of the Grand Design line of RV's and how they have learned and brought a better product to the market. It should be interesting.
I wish we had a closer look at everything. I'm very interested in this company. After seeing in person at an rv show definitely made me want to learn more.
I am a motorhome owner and fan but this brand could get me to switch. Hope to see one next week and take a closer look. I am excited about the 285 which I hope comes out soon. Great video with great detail.
Would like to see Brinkley address the plumbing where they put flexible tubing on pex fittings. Rigor rv tech discovered this in the bedroom slide of Z2900. Not code in house building because will eventually leak, but is OK in an RV? Who designs the plumbing?
Would Brinkley, consider installing LED tail lights that run the length of the toy hauler/ 5th wheel? Not just the standard tail lights, but to make the back end more visible and differentiate the Brand even more from he competition.
They should offer different trim levels just like car manufacturers. Base, mid-level and Platinum. For eg can you order your Brinkley with disc brakes or different solar according to your needs?
Thanks for the reply. We have an Outdoors RV now and they make their own frames but have been looking at Brinkley and also watching videos about Lippert frame flex. @@Itsa_Mea
@@oldlostminer I just watched a video last night of the Brinkley factory tour. The guy spent alot of time around the bare frame. They are using the same newer design Rhinobox frame from Lippert that Grand Design is also NOW using on some Momentums including my 2024 415g. I have NOT seen any issues with the Rhinobox design, only the older Lippert 1621 style design has had failures.
What's the "R factor" of the walls of the G series? A lot of people ask how an RV will perform in the cold, I'm on the other side of the temperature spectrum. How will this do in 120+ degree heat? Will the A/C's be able to keep up? My '07 Beaver Contessa has 3 15k A/C's and they run most of the day in the Summer. The insulation isn't awesome in this unit. Looking for a toy hauler that won't get hot inside.
RV r value is always going to be kind of crappy because of the limitations of what they can fit in the wall and the weight. Most of the time, true are value is probably between r6 and r9. Some brands have significantly better because they make their sidewalls thicker, but those brands are often far more expensive.
Thank you for the great tour. I'm almost 100% that a Brinkley will be my next travel companion. I did not like all the motion in your camera work though. had to stop watching at times.
I am so happy we just ordered our Brinkley - this just makes me more confident in our decision.

Mike is amazing! His father and brother are both group leaders in our Model Z plant.
Thank you Brinkley for allowing JD to video your manufacturing process!

We were just there for the tour two days ago. Really impressed with their production and work environment. Such nice folks too.
JD has slowly become a true legend in the game!

Brinkley has revolutionized the RV industry!
Clean facility , well thought out work environment and stations ….Brinkley is a top notch manufacturer ☺️👍

Awesome, thank you for sharing with us the tour, if we every go back to the 5th wheel again I will have to give them a look up close.

Awesome Tour! Thanks for all your good work.
I can not wait to see their bunk models! With how innovative their current models are, I bet they will be something special!
I am excited to see what their travel trailers will be like.
Great video, I am always amazed that the people you film with don't stare at you strangely since you do not have a face :)

ALL RV manufactures should have the same level of care and respect towards dealers and end users.
Those that don’t will not last long haul.
Wiring Loom is radical for the RV industry - good job 👍
WOW what a clean factory! Just that allow will make things last longer.

Looks good from 90 feet. They must really be proud of their product.
Still has the same issues as everyone else
There are several proprietary methods that they use and asked that I not show them close up
Great info. This is a rv we are looking for. Part 2 can’t wait

Love the series, do they do tours to the “General Public “.
I believe so
They should offer different trim levels just like car manufacturers. Base, mid-level and Platinum. For eg can you order your Brinkley with disc brakes or different solar according to your needs?
If you take your time while in the manufacturing process. There should be more quality and less issues by the consumer, initially.
Can I get some bro 😎 n the thickness of the walls
Does Brinkley make their own frames or do they use outsourced frames like Lippert ??
Lippert frames, of course.

Does Brinkley make lifestyle rvs to haul machines 'like motorcycles atvs and other machines?
How thick are the floors, walls, roof etc?
Why don’t they offer a shelf for a CPAP??

@@BTBRVReviews I'm currently shopping used DRV "Full House" TH's because of the 3" thick walls. Was wondering how these compare.
How can I find part 2 of this?
Don't they use fiberglass insulation
I prefer block
But is these small detail worth the extra price
What is marine grade OSB
"second level mezzanine"?
Maybe let the manufacturer talk when you do a factory tour? You do not know more than they do about their product!
You shouldn’t be talking more than the guest.

Why interview anyone if you are just going to talk and talk! Slow down and breath once in awhilke
It is very painful to listen to this guy from Brinkley. Sounds like he has no clue.
Send him a few clues.
