Great videos! We have the 3610 as well, purchased in August so fresh off the assembly line. I wonder if you've had an issue with yours that we are experiencing. When ever we dump the grey tanks, the camper fills with sewer odder. I think it has something to do with the lack of p-traps (all of our other RVs have had p-traps so we are not familiar with the flap style that this camper has). Our only way to prevent it has been to put stoppers and a little water in each sink before we dump. Have you noticed anything similar?

Watching this through and I don't see anything "broken". Cosmetic issues and something installed incorrectly, that your dealership should have fixed. The missing screws should have been found during delivery inspection before you left the lot IMHO. I'm a firearms instructor and I always tell students that if I'm nitpicking minor things, then they are doing all the big things right. One issue I was told about with the Brinkleys is the poor plumbing. I take it you haven't had any issues with plumbing at all?

None of the seams on this plank will stay closed and my subfloor is now in danger of getting damaged. General RV would not repair it and when I asked them to replace the floor that they messed up, the answer was no. I have a Forest River and they also told me no. Now I have a new camper with a floor that is all cut up! If I was a betting girl, I’d put money on the fact that General switched your cords.

Great video sir, I’m not a happy camper and I’ll tell you why. We took it upon ourselves to look at the camper trailer industry over a three year investigation we settled on a Brinkley. We had three dealers in our area that we went to. The first one was more interested in us giving a deposit to hod the unit then reall😊y listening to what we wanted. The second one did listen however could not make the changes to what we wanted stating it would void our warranty. So we then reached out to Brinkley only to be told they could not do what we wanted. So we did some more research and found the manufactures of part that they supply Brinkley. So we can spend $265,000.00 on the Brinkley from the dealer, then another $52,000 on the upgrades after we take delivery. The other part of this was the truck to pull it that was another venture. I do want to make one note clear. The trailer we were looking at had three 7000 lbs axels. The GVRW 21,500 lbs. from the factory the trailer fully loaded would be over what the axels can support. We are very disappointed with the dealers we had access to and with Brinkley management, we did our homework as everyone should, I’m sad to say we will not be camping with a Brinkley any time soon. I wish you the best of luck with yours sir. Thank you for the video. Cheers!

@@TreeTalkerTheTravelerIf you want have to have a fit and finished glitz and glamour Rv. Get a New Horizons. Long wait time as it will be custom built to your specifications and they build their own frames. Not cheap $350k plus. It’s not our type of camping. We like boondocking a lot Rustic camping no one around. ORV is our choice for a Rv. We’ve owned tt and 5th wheel. We like tt better for our off road off grid camping and the 100 gallon freshwater tank that can be fully loaded before the trip begins is a great advantage of a custom built frame to accommodate it. Thanks for your video. I like watching how the mass produced Rv hold up. Our 3 Forest Rivers and 1 Keystone were fun for little excursions but would not handle long term (8000 mile) trips. I’m glad yours is doing great.
Thanks for watching and commenting. This is a three part review in which I went over the positive and negatives. A fan boy only review is of little value to someone looking to buy. This part covered what broke or didn’t hold up in first big trip. I think that’s of value to a buyer to know. You may disagree. It was what broke during the trip so the thumbnails accurately reflects the subject matter. Thumbnails are literally the size of a thumbnail on some devices so you try to give some indication the subject matter in one or two words and should be considered along with title. If I could explain the entire video in a thumbnail would be wealthy and not need the video. So video is about what broke on a Brinkley and thumbnail says broken Brinkley - spot on. But if you know a better thumbnail please share as I would love and welcome a better one. It’s harder than people think to make a good thumbnail. Thanks again.
I don’t know about you but I work hard for my money if I buy over $100,000 camper brand new just wow. My wife and I are looking for one. I’m getting the thing. I don’t think I want one because the one I want now is the new horizon, and we know how much they are.
My pick up went good. with the exceptions I mentioned in the video. Real test is when you want service but I’ll probably go through a mobile tech to avoid that. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@TreeTalkerTheTraveler With decades of advanced material reinforcement, manufacturing quality control, new product development and forensic failure analysis engineering experience, I have been personally RVing since the age of 8, celebrating 50 years of RVing this year. I am amazed of the garbage even the so-called “high-end RV manufactures” ship out and the dealers who get swamped fixing issues that should’ve never left the factory not to mention the piss poor engineering.
Thanks for watching and giving it a try. Not every channel is for everyone so even if you don’t subscribe we truly appreciate that you gave it a chance. The thumbnail is actually not deceptive at all. A thumbnail is literally the size of an actual thumbnail when displayed on some phones and devices. So you have to use visual representations or symbolism to efficiently communicate the subject matter. You can’t use a lot of words and stay readable. The title can give more information as this one does. This was a video that part of a series reviewing this model RV, a Brinkley. This specific video covers what broke in first 800 miles. How to display broken items in a thumbnail? A screw missing would not be visible as an example. The clearly cropped trailer in two parts does communicate broken items in RV as does the word broken. More words become unreadable. No reasonable intelligent person would think an RV broke cleanly in two like the clearly cropped photo so would understand when combined with title that’s it’s about how the RV held up over 8000 miles. Very clear and correct.

@@TreeTalkerTheTraveler oh ive been in contact with brinkley since monday. they took 3 days to respond to the first email and now that im in contact its 24hrs plus for any response to the simplest email. the only thing they say is "industry standard" which is something i didn hear before i wrote my check! weird! lol. its been a horrible experience. the dealer general rv north canton, commited hard fraud against me. my family are all lawyers, judges, federal judges, and court administrators. and i have extensive recording of their insane "response". this is gonna be huge. the dealer came and picked up the Breakley today so its very much in process.
@@dashcamone7916 Keep me updated on how it turns out.
@@TreeTalkerTheTraveler update: i went to college in indiana, most of my fellow students are now in the legal field in indiana and lets just say its a tiny little town that state they got there is, if ya know what i mean. so all the "industry standard" language stopped immediately about 1 full day into this fiasco because i got a hold of some big ears. general rv went from crying 2 weeks to whistlin' "oh we fixed everything and its ready monday" in about 6 hours time. yeah, i bet you did. god knows how many people they had working on this thing and what they had to do but supposedly i get the unit monday. it really sucks to have to know people to get the slighest bit of a fair treatment. if my entire family werent lawyers, appellate judges, court administrators, and federal judges id probably be less adept at coercing these people to comply with their contractual obligations but ya gotta play the cards you're dealt in this world! I appreciate your concern!
Your biggest problem is general RV there’s snakes in the grass and you’re just paying the price

Cheers!
Thank you for watching and commenting. Hate to hear how your look for the rig you want for you has gone. I hope you find it. Have you looked at Luxe. I understand they are about customization to the customer’s needs, though
I have never actually been in one.
Not all the weight is on the axels. You might want to do a little research before posting.
Are you sure you’re looking at a Brinkley? They don’t have a model anywhere near the costs you’re speaking of.
Brinkley’s are in the 100’s, not 200’s
Looks like glamping. For me, i couldnt live in such a sterile looking place, even for a weekend
I can understand that, everyone has different preferences.
If you are happy with it, why post “Broken Brinkley” makes no sense except to lie and draw in viewers.
Thanks for watching. The Horizons are expensive but also very nice.
You can't take the money to heaven.
Wow Brinkley after 100k and u are lacking in customer service in every video I see!

Clickbait thumbnail, interesting review of your Brinkley.
Thanks for watching
general
is like camping world.. they suck
Thanks for watching
And commenting!
Not impressed with General RV.
My pick up went good. with the exceptions I mentioned in the video. Real test is when you want service but I’ll probably go through a mobile tech to avoid that.

I-40 IS HORRIBLE!
Agree!!
You might want to chew on some bubble gum to fixed this rv

Deceptive CAPTION. can’t subscribe.
Well that was a whole lot of nothing. Thanks for the cheap clickbait.
You’re welcome.
