There are many folks who have never owned an RV before that watch these videos. When something stands out or is worth mentioning that differentiates one brand from another, I go into much more detail so new RV owners understand the difference. This is why I might explain things in much greater depth than many prefer. If you're a veteran RV owner, then you can forward through it. But for new folks this may be very impactful.
I love how informative ur videos are. Brinkley seems to reallly care about quality. I was impressed that their 5th wheel has no exterior sealant. Are they the only manufacturer that does this? I saw ur alliance factory tour. Do they use exterior sealant or are their units like the Brinkley? Keep up the good work:)
That shake test isn’t anything like going down the roads here in the USA. They need to jar them like hitting massive pot holes. That is what causes things to come loose and fall off walls.
We have spent the last 3 + years looking at RVs narrowing down our the list of manufactures. We were set on the Alliance RV until Brinkley came to the market. We went to the Denver RV show in March this year to specifically look at the Brinkley units. We were very impressed and have been on the fence as to which company to go with when we are ready to buy next year. After watching your factory tour and learning more about the Brinkley difference. We have made our decision. Brinkley you have 100% won us over. Well Done Brinkley!!! Thank you JD for taking the time to create an incredible factory tour video. Thanks again!!
First of Thank you so much for the detailed reviews. I just watched all 3 episodes and I’m now feeling even more confident of the quality and craftsman magic of the Brinkley Z3100. We our picking our unit #290 tomorrow. Shake down trip set for the weekend ahead and I’m confident that we will have NO issues.
My wife and I are one of those first time RV buyers they mentioned. We brought our Model Z home last week. I can't wait to show this series to my wife and family. After talking with Nate I was sure this was a well made unit but I really had no idea. Thanks J.D. for the inside look to the Brinkley.
Thank you JD. On the first video I commented I would like to get closer. Episodes 2 and 3 nailed it. This series was excellent. Very impressed with Brinkley top to bottom. Definitely on the top of my list now.
I’m glad you covered the sidewall crack. My 2022 Montana 3855 BR goes in tomorrow to get it fixed and have that flex joint installed. They should have done it from the beginning. I notice now all 2023 models come with the flex joint. Those Brinkleys are what all manufacturers need to strive for.
The world's best warranty is the one that you never need to use. Enough said! Brinkley is on the right path by eliminating as many issues as possible. That's why I decided to order my G3500. Nice!
Thank you for doing this video. I’ve never RV’d before and I like the thought of doing it. I’m nearing retirement and am doing my research now. I want to rent first several times (both bumper pull and Class C) to see if this is what I want to do prior to buying. I subscribe to both of your channels, Bish’s, Wingman Wisdom, RV Inspection and Care, and another as part of my research. I want my second RV to be bought the first time, or in other words but once cry once. I really enjoy watching these Brinkley videos. Thank you this factory tour. If I were to purchase a new RV, touring the factory is something that I would want to do. My aunt and uncle did this one time. Touring is an excellent way of being confident in the quality of the product in which you are buying. My wife and I had requested and toured the Amish kitchen cabinet factory prior to purchasing our custom kitchen. I have really enjoyed watching every Brinkley video that I’ve seen. This brand is definitely on my short list should I decide to buy. But my question for you is….. when are you buying your Brinkley? I know you are partial to your Brookstone because you helped designed it; but I can tell you really like these Brinkley’s as well. Thank you again for doing this video.
I have watched your channel off and on for years and have always appreciated your knowledgeable input. I have owned and have been rving for probably 30 years. Starting with a popup camper to a fifth wheel I have now. As a consumer in the rv market I rely on channels like this to try and keep up with the trends in the market but all channels are not created equal. Yours hits the mark for me due to your input during your videos. I have always caught myself watching till the end of your videos and have always felt I have learned from them. The Brinkley will be my next rv and actually went and looked at them today at my local dealer. Thanks for your hard work to help newbies as well as long time rvers make a more informed decision when trying to negotiate through the ever changing rv industry.
With nearly 40 years of mechanical design, failure analysis and quality control manufacturing engineering experience, awesome to view an RV manufacture that truly understands 100% respect to people, value and service like no other.
Video inside during shaker test would be amazing! Wish they made a front living version. Think we found our next RV. Great video and amazing manufacturer willing to step up to the need.
Almost pulled the trigger on another rv last year. Went to the rv show in PA. Two toddlers running around the island and I thought the whole island was gonna collapse. Great planning on Brinkleys part. Love the 2 couches and different textures.
I love Brinkley RV’s! It just seems like every RV that I watch a tour on pretty much looks the same. With Brinkley you can see all the difference’s everywhere you look. I love the dark mustard colored theater seats. It is so refreshing to to see something other than light beige or brown seats. And the off white cream colored fabric couch also looks nice. I could go on and on but I won’t lol. Anyway thanks so much for all the info and showing us this lovely RV!
Picking up ours on Thursday and very excited!! Built to last and with great innovations. One thing,,,, can you spring load the dog water/food bowl> Push with your toe and it pops out??
Man, we bought a brinkley 3100 for our first camper. Because we are doing full time living. I told my fiance, when they come out with a big rv we will sell this one and get that model. Bc I love my 3100 I want a front living room one or front kitchen.
JD great video as always. Man is that a clean Factory! I deliver drywall and saw dust gets everywhere some of the builders clean up the site every day but saw dust is still everywhere people just never see it because the house doesn't shake violently for hundreds of miles. Great job Brinkley really liking what I'm seeing keep up the good work unfortunately my wife is hooked on front kitchen models.
Great video series. These designers must have spent time at IKEA😂. Such an eye for ease of use, even on the little details. Looking forward to picking one up soon, wish they sold directly out of the factory.
That shaking demonstration is a testimonial as to why independent suspension [ Morryde or Dexter ] should either be standard or at the minimum optional, for every quality RV built to last more than 10 years.
Awesome video JD, I will be willing to trade in our motorhome for the Z 3100 series, find out are they shipping to the Washington State so the wife and I can go and take a look at one. Man the Z 3100 would look good towing behind my black duramax 3500.
Enjoyed the run down. They are doing some things that should make life easier for their owners as well as their warranty department. What I would like to see you address are issues with third party suppliers to the RV manufacturers. I have owned both motor homes and fifth wheels and have experienced the lack of quality and reliability of brakes, axles, slideouts, levelers and appliances.
I'm really enjoying this series. LMAO, "Are we goin to the shaker?" I could hear the kid in you come out lol. Then, "I wanna stand on the inside!" even more kid came out lol. The excitement level had me excited for you. I was hoping they would let you at least put a camera in there. I really like their windows and trim. The flush floors are a super win for me. I'm curious about their slide floor construction. Slide sag is a big problem for those who leave the slides open for long periods of time. I have that issue with my unit. Being that its lived in full time, our slides are always open.
Love the lack of valences...always hated them. Went thru one of these a couple of months ago at General RV. Absolutely love the Brinkley...enough to drag me away from Grand design.
Two comments. The shake table is a good start but for it to be effective, it has to emulate actual conditions in terms of vibration frequency and amplitude. There should be research that documents that the shaker actually emulates reality. An important point is that the frame is not constrained from moving as it would be when attached to a tow vehicle. More importantly, a similar test should be done over a longer period of time to determine the propensity of the frame to crack when being towed. This would require a test rig that can replicate the stresses imposed when the vehicle is towed. This should include determining both the ultimate yield of the frame and the fatigue life of the frame. You can see examples of this on UA-cam in the form of videos that show the fatigue testing done on aircraft wings as well as the procedure that flexes the wing until it yields. Secondly, it is a maxim of quality management that you can't inspect in quality. The various inspections are only useful if the information is used to refine assembly practices to prevent the defects from occurring. One way to get a start on this is to use a good CAD/CAM system with 3D capability that allows finite element analysis to be performed. This type of system allows the loads to be simulated and the impact on the frame. The system will show where the highest stresses are and some can actually simulate fatigue loads and failures. This, of course depends on the ability to determine what the actual loads are when the rig is loaded to maximum load and towed.
Can I buy one directly from the manufacturer versus going through a dealer. I would drive all the way to them and pick one up and save money, versus buying one through a dealer in paying their markup end delivery fees.
Don't know if they are the RV destroyer as of yet, although Alliance does somethings better and Brinkley does other things better. Questions I have for Brinkley,,,, 1. Everchill Refridgerators look great, problem is they prone to losing freon and they are on the low end in terms of quality, Wondering how long the warranty is on the fridge, If its 1 year i'll stay away. 2. The slide systems for pull outs. Are they BAl Exact slides? if they are the old accu slide, that alone is a disaster waiting to happen. 3. Is the unit plumbed correct? If the fittings for the plumbing are just the squeeze on compression type they are very prone to leaking and causing serious water damage. In comparison the plumbing on Alliance pardigm is done perfect. Inquiring minds would like to know.
Another great video although, Brinkley seems to be a good product, most dealers that sell this particular unit over sale. Not a fan of the black front cap specially, when we live in Texas man it gets extremely hot.
Full provide is usually 13.6 at the highest point. Mid profile is generally around a foot shorter at the highest point. Straight Profile is the roof being level front to back and is generally indictive of a full profile RV
Beautiful coach. Been looking at a toy hauler for a couple years. This one seems to have everything, pretty much from all the ones I've seen, with just a couple exceptions. How thick are the side walls and is the underbelly insulated and duckted for heat? What size is the furnace? Thanks a lot. Love your videos P. S. The garage is perfect. Love the look. And the half bath is actually very nice
I don't think you need to "re-explain" everything they say. Little additions are fine but it's cool to let the people you are interviewing use their words.
The screen/shade in the window are ass backwards. The European window the screens come down from the top down the shade goes bottom up and can lock in place. This way you can still have plenty of airflow at the top and privacy at the top as well. Great RV series. Thanks
how can they pressure seal the units when they have giant slides sticking out? Their is no way in the world those slides are air tight, you're supposed to be giving unbiased reviews dude.
It would be nice if JD talked less and let the factory representatives speak more about the products. I want to be a fan of this channel but find it difficult.
Please understand that many folks may mention things that are mundane and day-to-day for them but not specifically point out how those things can impact the end user. Manufacturers tend to do this because they build these every single day and what might be normal to them might not be normal for an industry.
Some folks get a lot out of these videos some folks get a little out of these videos and some folks could care less. I'm trying to tailor my content to everybody not just a few people

Impactfull yes, incredibly helpful and information, ..........HELL YES! !!!!!
Keep doing what you’re doing. You helped me.

Never knew I wanted a 5th wheel until I saw these Brinkleys. They’re gorgeous and so well made.

Quality is more than skin deep, as it should be!
Cn you put retrobands in the tires? Do they travel well with a HDT?
Great job on the show. I like the behind the scenes of rvs.
Picking up ours on Thursday and very excited!! Built to last and with great innovations. One thing,,,, can you spring load the dog water/food bowl> Push with your toe and it pops out??
❤The interior fit and finish.
I love your content. I am not into the RV industry.. however seeing what's out their has really opened my eyes. Keep it up
NO BUBBLES NO TROUBLES
I learned that from my texas friend when he mounted a tire lol
This is great to see. I wish I would have seen a Brinkley before we bought our Alliance so I could have compared them side by side.
Can you add an option for a convection microwave?
Can't wait to see the full profiles
Thanks!
Can’t wait for them to make a front living room 5th wheel .. I’m buying immediately.. trading in my Toy Hauler..
Man, we bought a brinkley 3100 for our first camper. Because we are doing full time living. I told my fiance, when they come out with a big rv we will sell this one and get that model. Bc I love my 3100 I want a front living room one or front kitchen.
Anxiously awaiting the travel trailer line.
I loved the tour. I wish you would have asked more about the roof since they say virtually no maintenance . How do they seal the top, etc?
JD great video as always. Man is that a clean Factory! Talk about the AC units in these RVs. Are the units quiet? Whisper Quiet?
I would love to have a Brinkley 🥰
I want one!!! This is an amazing unit!
Nice RV JD
Does the vibration test cause alignment problems for the suspension, slides, etc?
Great video series. These designers must have spent time at IKEA😂. Such an eye for ease of use, even on the little details. Looking forward to picking one up soon, wish they sold directly out of the factory.
Low E dual pane windows are a must.
Do you include a "build sheet" with model and serial numbers of each component?
That shaking demonstration is a testimonial as to why independent suspension [ Morryde or Dexter ] should either be standard or at the minimum optional, for every quality RV built to last more than 10 years.
Will you be attending any RV shows on the east coast this year?
Can you install a Gen Y hitch to the 3100 model , I have seen them on their toy hauler unit
Yes, you can I have a 3100 model I asked there customer care and u can because on there prototype they used them. Heck they recommend that pin box
What about the Reese goosebox?? Can it be used as well??
Waiting for. Rear kitchen from Brinkley. Any idea when that is coming?
While looking for leaks why not use a smoke machine? Pressurized the unit with smoke and use a uv light to see the leaks.
Is the full RV pressurized soapy water leak test after the the vibration test?
Awesome video JD, I will be willing to trade in our motorhome for the Z 3100 series, find out are they shipping to the Washington State so the wife and I can go and take a look at one. Man the Z 3100 would look good towing behind my black duramax 3500.
Superbe caravane
Awesome video, really cool RV company, finally thinking about the employee, who is what makes the company ultimately. Wish them much success

why soft close cabinets but not soft close drawers?

Sold!
Why don't brinkley have any g models with a dishwasher
This was a FANTASTIC video! But please, for the love of all that's holy, please stop waving the camera around! I was getting motion sick. Fact.
I hope they make a 35 foot toy hauler
We love the unit but hate the color choice for the chairs and theater seat. Looks yellow, should be in the color pallet of the couch
How long does each unit spend on the shaker?
I don't think you need to "re-explain" everything they say. Little additions are fine but it's cool to let the people you are interviewing use their words.
There is no way to conduct an air pressure test on an rv especially a 5th wheel with slides.
The screen/shade in the window are ass backwards. The European window the screens come down from the top down the shade goes bottom up and can lock in place. This way you can still have plenty of airflow at the top and privacy at the top as well. Great RV series. Thanks
Oops cheap standard lippert frames! , looks like a used new horizon, not a new brinkley.
how can they pressure seal the units when they have giant slides sticking out? Their is no way in the world those slides are air tight, you're supposed to be giving unbiased reviews dude.

I like the information content. I have to be honest in saying your camera work makes me sick to my stomach.
