According to the photographs, you may look at putting your Mi band the other way so that the round attachment is near the bottom of the view, toward you if you wear it on your left wrist.

lol you do know they sent you the chinese version but charged you for the global version (on aliexpress sellers offer both and you can see the price difference, global is more), it gets english on syncing with mi fit as standard, and the global version will also likely not have that alipay option since its irrelevant outside of china. even the cn version of xiaomi phones all include english in addition to mandarin. very detailed review though!
Not global with ai and pay its lasts a few day’s less.
You can buy a charger that attaches to device without removing it.

I have a question though, considering there is no gps , how it is going to track my swimming workout at the sea for example or lets say my phone battery runs out while running in the forest? Does it mean that the tracking won't be accurate at all? What do you think guys? Who cares if you can check your messages or being able to change the music. At the end of the day, most people buy this band to track their athletic performance. I"ve just purchased it and will give it a try.
Why didnt you buy the fitbit charge 4 if you want constant GPS? You get what you pay for, and the mi band has it in tonnes, you dont need constant GPS, chances are, you will always aye have your mobile with you anyway.

Great review! I'm considering to buy the mi band 4 or the galaxy fit. Does the galaxy fit have music control and volume control? And does the galaxy fit sync automatically with the weather on your phone?
No music or volume control on the fit unfortunately. But the Galaxy fit does automatically sync with your phone to show you calendar, weather, and it also has quick responses for text messages

The locking option is in case you loose it, nobody could sync it with their phone, I think
Or if you use the pay option, no one is able to pay with your band
I have had mine since 12/2020 The major issue is the wrist band which breaks easily, most of time while sleeping. All in all it has worked fine.

Fyi you definitely bought and reviewed the Chinese version. The global version does not have that AliPay option and the text on the box and the unit itself comes in English.

yes. I have the chinese version. exactly same box and language was chinese out of the box. but it changed to all english after pairing with my phone through the mi fit app.
So is the one that is currently on amazon that states global version coming in English?
@@joshr19821 if the box has chinese words its CN version. If the box has english words then its Global/International version. but both works the same after pairing to phone.

10:15 my deep sleep usually between 1.20 to 2hrs... so glad u googled it. Now i know mine is about normal :) :)

Sleep phases usually are segmented, one phase lasts for about 45-90 minutes. You can see it in the graph. 3 hours of deep sleep actually makes sense because it's the total amount of time spent in that phase.

Hi, do i have always have to connect mi watch to my phone to get accurate step count and calorie burn or does it work without connecting as well?
It updates once you connect, so no need for constant connection.
If your just looking for English the chinese edition is fine. It updates automatically to English through the app.
I love my mi band 4. The heartrate is close to my fitbit charge 2. My amazbit is no where close. I usually get about 12 days on the battery. It depends on how much you use it.
At €20, £15, or $20 this must be a bargain now. Does it sync with iOS health though to show steps and heart rate?
they didn't set in the charger so you can practice removing the bracelet should you wish to replace them with other colors and design ;) pretty neat huh ;)

It doesn't track if you have a nap either. They need to fix it for people who work nights and sleep during the day.
It does that because according to the app all the other mi band users sleep at night, so I think the app just follows that data.

I think that the millage does not need the phone, because I'm using my phone for tracking whitout Internet or GPS and it tracks the distance ! But GPS is better for accuracy

I dont think sleeping in deep sleep for 3 hours is much. I use honor band 5 and if I am sleeping lets say 8 hours it shows I slept from 1 h 30 minutes - 3 hours in deep sleep, depends on a day.

Many reviews say that their watches last 20 days. Could yours be faulty?
All reviews I saw said it lasted 12 or 15 days depending on use, that 20 would only be if you used it very little
Maybe his just lasted less because he was messing around with it a lot
it looks like he has the heart rate monitor on constant, turn that off and it last a few weeks.
It will last about ten 7 with everything on, 20+ with just basics

It could be something wrong in your sleep track/settings. I also own a mi band 4 and I have never encountered this issue. It could also be Do not disturb.

@@QuintinHowell At the surface the pressure is one atmosphere. Six metres under the surface it is two atmospheres. From there it increases one atmosphere approximately every ten metres. Now do the maths. Point is, you *cannot* dive with it. Sorry for you that you're too thick to understand the difference between water proof and water resistant
they have a weird "standard" to measure waterproof on watches.

10m, 30m, 50m....with 50 being "swimming" and snorkling. 100m is diving and 200m means you can dive AND operate buttons on the watch under water.
