    정말 최고에요~~~ 저는 동그랗게만들때 안에
    오렌지껍질갈은거 ㆍ크림치즈ㆍ통깨 ㆍ시나몬 여러가지 나눠넣고 구웠는데 골라먹는재미가있어요 ᆢ담엔 흙설탕을넣어호떡처럼 해봐야겠어요ᆢ

    이 레시피 따라서 처음으로 빵 만들어봤어요!!
    발효할 때는 전자레인지에 물 가득 채운 컵 넣고 1분 돌린 후에 그 컵 넣은 채로 반죽 같이 넣고 문 닫아두니까(전자레인지 작동×) 발효도 그럭저럭 잘 된 거 같고
    구울 때는 에어프라이어 160도로 20분 예열한 다음, 160도로 10분 구운 뒤 위치 바꿔가며 10분 더 구웠어요!
    빵은 되게 부드럽고 딱 모닝빵 맛이에요!
    브러쉬가 없어서 굽기 직전 우유 바를 때 숟가락으로 대충 끼얹었더니 우유향이 좀 많이 나네요ㅠㅠ 꼭 브러쉬로 바르세요!

    오븐이 고장나서 에어프라이어 쓰는데 이 레시피는 양이 딱 맞아요. 의외로 양도 많아 빵 좋아하는 3인가족 푸짐하게 먹습니다. 10분 정도 굽고 뒤집어주면 더 좋았어요. 반죽 대충 해도 맛있고, 특히 밀대를 안써서 공간차지도 안하고 설거지도 순식간에 끝나요. 바로 갓구운 빵 로망을 충족시켜줍니다. 가운데 갈라서 치즈와 햄 넣어 미니햄버거로 먹으면 고급져요. 비싼 번 사용한 프리미엄 버거 아쉽지 않습니다

    빵 만들기 좋아하는 12살인데 만들기도 엄청 어렵지 않고 재료만 있으면 만들기 쉬워서 좋았어요!그리고 가족들도 맛있게 먹어줘서 너무너무 좋은 레시피인것 같아요!앞으로 자주 해먹을것 같네요😋

    썸넬보고 너무 만들어보고 싶어서 오늘 만들어봤는데 너무너무 맛있어요ㅜㅜ 사실 저 모양대로 나올까 걱정했는데 완전 그대로 나와서 놀랐어요ㅜㅜ 발효는 전자레인지에 뜨거운물이랑 랩씌운 빵이랑 같이 뒀더니 너무 잘됐어요!! 가족들도 너무 맛있다고 또 해달래요ㅜㅜ 완전 대성공입니다! 감사합니다❤

    이거 발효 할때 꿀팁! 오븐을 120도 정도 예열하고끈다음 오븐위에 올려놓기!
    이러면 발효 금방 됩니다!

      Come to India you will get easily available at cheaper rate we eat daily and is much more smotother and bigger which is called as PAV.
      And we are not addicted it's old in India for you Chinese people it is new.

    이거슨 천상의 맛 달달하고...쫠깃하고....이루 말할 수 없는 기쁨을 느낄 수 있음!! 마지막 발효는 해가 가장 세다는 12시쯤 볕 잘드는 곳에서 했더니 짱이네요! 쉽고 간편한데 맛있음ㅜㅜ 너무 좋아

    강력쌀가루로 바꿔만들었는데 엄청 쫀득하고 맛있어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 6살 4살 아이들이 너무 잘먹네용!♡ 재료도 너무 심플하고 반죽을 거의 안하는거라 식감이 어떨지 궁금했는데 성형이 좀 오래걸려서 번거롭긴하지만ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    그래도 자주 만들어먹을것같아요!! 좋은레시피 감사합니다♡

      I used whole wheat grain instead of bread flour and. .... I used 2 grams yeast instead of 3

    We have the exact same bread here in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 but it stuffed with cheese and we put honey or syrup on the top of it, we call it Khaliat nahel which means Beehive 🐝 🍯

    이거 진짜 맛있어요 ❤ 저는 오븐이 없어가지구 전자레인지에 있는 오븐기능으로 구웠는데 너무 쫄깃하고 속이 부드럽게 나왔슴다 항상 빵을 만들면 금방 굳고 속도 퍽퍽했는데 이 레시피는 전혀 그렇지 않아서 놀랐어요 완전 간단해서 초보분들에게도 추천합니다!! 참고로 저도 초보 :)
    그냥 대충 넣고 섞어 만드니까 완전 예쁘게 나오고 가족들도 너무너무 맛있다네요 좋은 레시피 정말 감사합니다 식탁일기 님 🫠🫠

    I made this bread today and it works! I can't believe it because i never successfully made bread before 😭 It is soft and fluffy like the one from store! I use full cream milk and wheat flour. Maybe if i use bread flour it will be even better? Thank you so much for this recipe!

      Then can you please tell me how much is 170g of milk in ml?? Idk if this is a thing but every cooking channel measures liquids in grams and it drives me crazy! We have ml for liquids...

    170g Milk = 3/4 Cup
    3g Yeast = 1 Tsp
    20g Sugar = 1/4 Cup
    200g Flour = 1 Cup
    2g Salt = 1/2 Tsp
    10g Butter = 1 Tbsp
    This is really a great recipe if you do it per the video and don't overwork things. Remember KISS - (Keep It Simple Stupid) LOL

    You can stuff it with cheese (while you make the balls) the cheese will be melted and taste really good. You can use a white cream cheese (especially if the cheese is cubes) not Cheddar or mozzarella. Then after you take it out top it with sugar syrup or honey. It can be a sweet dessert or just a pastry without syrup on top!

    This looks amazing and I bet it tastes wonderful. I have a quick question.....can I substitute oat milk or soy milk for the regular milk? I have a granddaughter who is Vegan and I would love to teach her now to make this bread. Thank you for sharing.

    밀가루만 통밀가루로 바꿔서 했고 2차 발효에서 좀 방심해서 퍼졌는데..어쨋든 너무 잘 구워졌어요! 어쩜 이렇게 촉촉하니 맛있죠?!? 전 좀 크게 8조각으로 나눠서 구웠어요. 모닝빵 크기로. 진짜 너무 간단하고 맛있네요!!!

    Omg this reminds me so much of this traditional Bulgarian breakfast bread we make o.o This recipe looks easier though, need to try it

      Bulgarian "Milinki", right!:) Before backing we pour milk, melted butter, sugar and cheese on top of the raised bubbles (bread). It is popular breakfast in Bulgaria.

    Tip for those that want to make this recipe: don't overmix the dough.
    To get bread with this kind of texture without additives, you'll want to mix just until everything is incorporated so that you don't strengthen the dough. The longer you mix bread, the tougher it becomes unless you add a conditioner or something but even then, the texture of the bread won't be as airy.

      what are u talking about??? this is not cake, ur supposed to work the dough enough to develop the gluten which is what allows those beautiful pockets of air. this 'type of texture' is achieved thanks to an enriched dough (as shown in the recipe), proper gluten development and enough proofing times. thats it,,,,, nothing to do with additives lmfao
      and for the record for anyone wondering, it IS possible to overwork a bread dough tho its pretty damn hard, and you'll know you've gone too far when ur gluten is overdeveloped and it completely breaks, turning ur dough into a loose dough with the consistency of cake batter that has zero stretch and and tears easily

      @@rima4837 Are you asking if it's better do this by hand or using a stand mixer or bread mixer? If so, then if it's a small batch like shown in the video, I recommend by hand and spatula as shown in the video. If you triple the recipe, then I recommend a mixer. I prefer to use a stand mixer with a dough hook for quicker incorporation but either machine is fine. Don't use a fast speed unless you make a lot of dough.

      @@crystaleyesd827 this is true for a typical bread but not this particular recipe. 3 things to notice:
      1. She incorporates the flour and milk and mixes the dough until most of the flour is incorporated.
      2. She adds butter until everything is evenly incorporated but does not continue.
      3. She used yeast as a leavening agent and fermented the dough.
      The amount of time it took to evenly incorporate the milk, flour, and butter together is ample knead time for this recipe. Typical breads are kneaded even after ingredients are incorporated and this is what I'm cautioning others to not do. And no, the kneading/incorporation of ingredients allows structure for the dough but does not cause air pockets or fluffiness. That would be caused by the yeast that leavens the dough and the fermentation process. Fermenting dough can also lead to bread structure which allows less kneading but requires more resting (fermenting). Also, when I say over kneading, I don't mean until the gluten breaks down. It's just that every recipe has it's own set of rules/instructions. For this particular recipe, too much kneading is over kneading.
      As for additives, I meant conditioners that are commonly used in commercial settings. It allows them to churn out more loaves with less precision and time but still allows them to achieve a soft bread. This can also be adjusted to recipes for donuts, bagels, etc. You'd be surprised at how many companies and restaurants use conditioners.

      Come to India you will get easily available at cheaper rate we eat daily and is much more smotother and bigger which is called as PAV.
      And we are not addicted it's old in India for you Chinese people it is new.

    I made it and its delicious like the one you buy on bakery. Do follow each step one by one and carefully.
    I topped it with some cream cheese, drizzle caramel and some oreo crumbs. Btw, I'm using airfryer (150-155C 15-18mins)

    My parents loved this recipe, instead of milk I use homemade whey-free kefir and it works out great!

      I made this recipe again, and now I used kefir whey instead of milk, it was even better than the first dough. This one is much lighter, but the dough takes longer to be able to mold, since the dough is much more moist, but the final result is spectacular! it has a crunchy base and a very spongy crumb, it becomes whiter and has a very characteristic flavor. serves as a filling with jellies and sweets or kefir cream with smoked salmon, or sour cream, for a family celebration as an entrant.

    Have you ever made khaliyat an nahl(Honey comb bread)?
    It's an Arabic dish made just like this. The only thing is we add zaatar or cream cheese or olives inside it.
    Please try making it like that next time. I tell you, its delicious!

    Luckily had a kitchen scale so I can convert the measurements:) my kids loved these and they were all eaten before dinner even began. 😂 next time I want try a garlic butter mixture and see how that tastes :)
