- No kneading (You'll be addicted!! The softest bread- super fluffy.
Breakfast Recipes - Butter Breakfast Bread Recipe
Necessary materials
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 grams)
Half a teaspoon of salt (4 grams)
1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil (10 ml)
2 cups of flour (240 grams)
For the above :
1 teaspoon of butter (10 grams)
The cup size I use - 200 ml standard water glass.
Cooking time - 180 (°), baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

С начала надо растворить дрожжи в молоке, потом всыпать муку и уж потом добавлять масло!, если добавлять масло сразу то оно обволакивая дрожжи создаёт плёнку и дрожжи плохо активизируются!, ну по крайней мере меня учили профессионалы!, я по профессии повар- кондитер!

(Ираида). Всё очень красиво, аппетитно, и то, что сделано мелкими шариками, удобно при употреблении. Вы молодец! В будущем такое попробую сделать, но сейчас хотелось бы на «быструю руку» и не сильно возиться с мукой. А заголовок обещал, что не будет «ни какого замешивания». По-моему, получилось «сплошное замешивание» и на протяжении всего ролика, как обычное тесто. Я уже устала, пока наблюдала, когда месили тесто. У нас в магазине продаётся такое же хлебное изделие из таких же шариков, но только внутрь добавлены: или карамель, или шоколадный крем, или варенная сгущенка. Гораздо легче сбегать туда, купить и кушать, глядя на такой долгий, долгий замес. Пишите заголовки по теме, пожалуйста. Рецепт хороший и делали всё красиво, но не все люди любят так долго возиться с тестом, поэтому «клюют» на ролики «без замеса». Это я, например. Замесить тесто ложкой и выкладывать ложкой -это и есть « без замеса». Таких блюд много: блины, оладьи, манники, запеканки и даже ленивые пироги, пиццы, хачапури... С уважением, Ираида.
Возможно особенности перевода? Я бы предположила, что имелось в виду без опары
@@Kate-zu9bt скорее всего руками не месить. Так руками намного быстрее было бы....ну а то что многие не любят руки пачках это другой вопрос. Для меня руками приятнее и быстрее
