Why they didn’t do a super deluxe with the vinyl and CDs/BluRay AND book all together in one box is beyond me. Kills me when bands issue the vinyl separate.
It’s pretty obvious really, there’s a package for all budgets. Aside from that, not everyone wants vinyl, not everyone wants cds, not everyone wants the book. Some want the cds without the book, some want the vinyl without the book etc etc. . .you see where I’m going with this right?, So it’s pretty obvious then why they didn’t put everything together in one super deluxe set - not to mention how much that thing would cost!
Yep don't have a record player, will never own one so don't need vinyl. However, they should have included double or triple the number of outtakes and demos on the S.D box set. These are so darned good, banter and all!
Don't call purchasing things "investing". This word is used when you aimed to get a profit. It's really annoying - try to call an investment the purchase of a food or a toilet paper.

While waiting for my box to arrive, I "heard" the disc 1,2 & 3 material via an unofficial download. I wish that more outtakes were included, but, unfortunately, Universal and Apple Corps limited the running time of discs 2 & 3 to 45 minutes, so that the vinyl release could have identical contents. The absence of "Something"(Take 37) is regrettable.
Odds are a lot of extras were kept off this for inclusion on the Let It Be set, both album blocks of recording featured the same songs being rehearsed. 'Her Majesty' being listed on the CD packaging is actually great attention to detail, it's appeared on non-LP back covers since the '70s.
Mine came about an hour ago ..it was packaged quiet well to assure no damage ..an outer box with bubble wrap an inner box taped up ..getting ready shortly to play the discs...I paid $89.and change from Amazon ..so $82. Ordered on Friday today is Sunday 29..said by 8pm arrived just before 1pm. Est.
I'm not happy. Most of the songs sound horrible now. "Because" is all right, because the instrumentation is so sparse on it. But something like Octopus's Garden or The End is absolutely unlistenable. Thanks a lot, Giles......................
Might be something wrong with your equipment because TBH the new 2019 mix only sounds "slightly" different from the original mix, no comparison with Pepper and the WA, for historical reasons of course.
Love the outtakes and demos more than the remix. They should have included 2 or 3 times more of such material in the S.D. box set..
a tip : watch movies on flixzone. I've been using it for watching lots of of movies lately.

I own a dozen or so Vinyl LPs of the Beatles myself
CD1 the album & CD 2 the sessions are the best Discs , but i feel CD 3 sessions are a bit of a waste of time

My Blu Ray disc seizes up on the last three tracks and I’m unable to access the three different stereo remixes. Very pissed off
