My first 30 minutes workout without any breaks needed. I started to do home workout on the beginning of the year and I usually took extra 10-30 minutes break to complete the whole set. Today, after a month of consistency I finally has the strength to complete the workout without adding more breaks. To all people who just started, I know it's hard in the beginning but with full consistency and passion you can reach your target. Hopefully, I will reach my goal this year. Goodluck for everyone!

Pls is it belly fat as a result of giving birth to children or ordinary belly fat because my self, I'm 44 and my last child is 3. I also have this stubborn belly fat despite all my daily 30 to 45 mins workouts.

I have been out of shape and my knees has been hurting from all the standing up and running because of the nature of my work and when I saw your workouts, it was not to harsh on my knees and I was able to finish a 30 minute workout without pausing so much all the time! Thank you for this!!
Easy to do exercise, but the effect is intense! My side wais is still aching after 2 days. Lost 3kg since i started working out but this is my 1st time to do her exercise. Thought my body is used to exercising already, but when i did this, oh it hurts.😂

Couldn't remember the exact calories burnt when doing this for the first time. Probably 100 ++ to 200 ++ kcal. Just now I did it for second time, and I burnt 391 kcal !!! Awesome workout! Thanks, Eleni.
