2 weeks doing these everyday and they do work and are easy to maintain lost about an inch I am an active person and eat healthy anyway but wanted to tone up the 60+ menopauses stomach and middle that we get!
I'm 250 and don't have the range of motion to do some of these but if you can move you are making progress is my motto so still trying and doing my own modifications.

I'm starting my own routine, including 30 minutes trainings like this while sipping wine in between rest. I'm calling it "wino and cardio strength training" 😅 i feel the burn. I also do this right before bed so I'm all warm, fuzzy and sleepy.
Day 2 completed ! Each day 30 minutes belly workout and no rest day or holidays in between still 28 more days ! Yippy ! Today my mother saved me from having a rest day and missing my workout ! Hushhh ! Imniw like workout I must complete study and Buddha's book in thirty days reading five pages per day also recollecting them at the same time let's see how much I achieve as decided today !

I love these exercises! I've been having lower and upper back issues since the begging of September and have been restricted in doing any exercise. Even stretching caused more pain. These are perfect because it's a form of stretching and warming up at the same time. My body gets warmed up after 15 min. I'm sweating but not too much. Pain areas feel less painful and I've got finally moving! Thank you!!!

Did you lower your calorie intake? if so, what was your daily apx calorie intake? Did you lose inches (if so, how much? (people lose fat differently & in different places) How much muscle did you gain. (scale would have went up but lost inches)
@@ginabarlow3715 Shoulder pain will be an issue, so here is what I suggest: 1. depending what is wrong with your shoulder - IF it's the delts = ice it.... rest before doing it ... then do the exercise until your shoulder starts to get sore (eventually your shoulder will get better) ... IF it's a joint problem, then do shoulder exercises specifically for your issue ... then do the exercises without the shoulder movement shown in the video (just bend at the elbow until your shoulder gets better) do this exercise when your the most flexible - depends on you - you know your body. 1st couple of times is learning the moves & what moves comes next there's no magic # as to how many to do this - 1 week may be 2X, next week might be 4X

Am back with the feedback. I started a month back and some days, I've been skipping a rope everyday, portion control plus this exercise. I have so far lost 8kgs and am seing a change in my body, but there are some 2weeks where I lost courage and didn't workout much, I believe if I've been consistent I would have lost atleast 10kgs🥰🥰 My target is 70

You are still a baby don't let these kids destroy your beauty cause they are jealous of what they don't have. It's perfectly fine to be chunky cause it will disappear as you grow taller it will fill the void.

Yes they do have good videos. I'm not one for working out in the morning but I do this one while I make my coffee - it only 5 minutes with similar moves. Definitely helps with flexibility to get you going in the morning. This 30 min will be my evening workout. Give this short/effective one a try .... done before you know it. Eat a Apple for Lunch!
Eat vegetables for dinner!
When ur hungry at the Diet u can actully cut some fruits or Tomatos,carrots, and more!

Girl don’t listen to them you are perfectly fine the normal range for an 11 year old to weigh is 70-100 pounds , you is healthy . Im 13 years old , please dont let them kids think that u are big when your not , when i was 11 i was double your size , currently i am 212 , im 13 and im 5’3 , and i dont even look 212 pounds because most of it goes to my thighs and some to my stomach, your body is beautiful baby love it and embrace it 💝.
You are still a baby don't let these kids destroy your beauty cause they are jealous of what they don't have. It's perfectly fine to be chunky cause it will disappear as you grow taller it will fill the void.
dont pay too much attention to them, your body hasn't fully developed yet and you're 11, please dont hurt yourself because of kids who are copying what their parents say, much love.

I'm not one for working out in the morning but I do this one while I make my coffee - it only 5 minutes with similar moves. Definitely helps with flexibility to get you going in the morning. This 30 min will be my evening workout.
Give this short/effective one a try .... done before you know it. Too easy? just add some ankle/wrist weights....
