How to apply vinyl stripes

- I've seen a few cars recently with matte black stripes on gloss black vehicles. However, I haven't seen matte white stripes on gloss white vehicles. So, today I decided like usual to be different than most people and put matte white stripes on my VW MK6 Jetta GLI. I think it looks great!

I like the stripes theyre subtle. I have have a white mk6 jetta and I bought rubber door edge guard off amazon and put on my doors, trunk, and hood and i think it looks nice. Thought you might also appreciate the subtle detail
Ive also been thinking about applying white carbon fiber to my hood (cuz i think black just looks weird) but i thought about putting a few layers of plastic dip down first before i do the vinyl. Idk for some reason i think it’ll be more protective of my clear coat 😅 (i live in chicago and we have hot ass summers and cold ass winters)

I think you'll be better off with just the vinyl on your hood because Plasti Dip has paint thinner mixed in it. So in my opinion the vinyl is safer for clear coat. Either way you should be fine though.

I have a silver Golf 5 and i would like to do something cheap and interesting with vinyl...but no many ideas.
+Doc. FunkBlack the hardest part is getting started. I would say mess around with a small peace of vinyl. Cut it stick in a random place and see what you think. That will help you see what you like and dislike.
Where did you buy that grille? Trying to put one on my MK6 Jetta.
OE 2015 GLI grille. You can find on eBay. But certain grilles fit certain bumpers. You might need a new bumper.
would it be hard to delete jetta off the back of your car and get someone to put on a gli badge
Very easy... just heat it up, then slide a string of floss behind it, clean off the residue and stick a new badge on

They are called Mallory. They are the factory GLI wheels for 2015 and I plasti dipped them black.

My name is Rafael, I live in Brazil and I have a jetta tsi, here in Brazil there is no jetta gli everything we buy related to the jetta comes from outside, I bought the bumper and the side skirts to stay the same as the model gli and I follow his channel and would love have the bulbs in led UU but the cheapest I found in china for 450 dollars plus freight of 116 dollars, you can even in the United States the headlights in led UU? FrankieGisMe The lamps here in Brazil can, I saw the installation that made and goes a silver device that you screw out in each headlight, stop putting it needs more something out the bulbs?
