Join me for a 15min class everyday, where I will be sweating and stretching with you every step of the way! I will be your guide through each squat, burpee, sun salutation and stretch...your personal trainer, wherever you are in the world.
Today's HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class is a great way to improve your fitness while also toning and sculpting every muscle in your body. For those of you looking for a LOW IMPACT class, I have made sure there are variations to avoid jumping and jarring movements!

I am currently under hotel quarantine for 14 days. Great workout to keep myself fit and focused. Thank you for explaining low impact version as it is a bit difficult for me to do high impact everyday in a hotel with other guests. Thank you Amanda!

Thank you Amanda, I won't say that was "fun" - and that's genuinely no disrespect to you - you're great! - but HIIT is something I do out of necessity rather than enjoyment, haha. However, your warm encouragement, intelligent cues, and the fact that you spent some time warming up and down (SO many videos miss these important parts) means I will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you, you're a breath of fresh air in an over-saturated, often shouty and fake-feeling (to me) market. Plus, how you keep talking and smiling through all those exercises is amazing! I'll 'see' you tomorrow 😊.

Thank you! Selfishly, it would be nice to see some glute/hamstring stretches you recommend prior. Even after the warm up, i was a pretty tight going into those deep squats. But, that's something i can do on my own too :)

loved the workout, but makes no sense to place ads during the interval session as it is really disruptive. If you would place them before and after instead that would make total sense.... and that would be a suggestion from my side. All the best
Feels really nice ... In lockdown in home i just play football (passing and juggling) and exercises including muscle (push pull and leg) at few times a week... But i m feeling low on weight and feeling little paine in behind the news due to inactivity may be...so is there anything i should do (I'm low on diet )
