Hello Amanda! I have spondylolisthesis and it is recommended not to extend our back (e.g. cobra pose), are you able to show us modifications or alternative poses for people like me? :) It's hard for me to go with the flow if I cannot do all the moves. I hope you see my comment.
This is very good. Can you post more yoga? Easy directions to follow, excellent timing. For a beginner, this is the best I've seen so far.

My favourite position is the twist on the floor: I really feel the stretch along the spine and in the shoulders

LOVED this flow! I personally really enjoyed the wide-legged forward fold. Whenever I enter this pose, I can literally feel the tension just washing away. I also like inversions as it feels nice having the blood flowing in the opposite direction. Thanks for this heat-building and restorative practice! Take care!!!
