If you want enlarge smaller hole and center pilot drill cannot hold holesaw centered, just take piece of scrap wood and drill hole there. Now put that piece where you want big hole and stand on it This scrapwood keeps holesaw from wandering around.

12:04 What's the black material you using for cover the edge there mate?
I just bought a roll of thin, maybe 1/16" rubber from ace hardware, cut it into a thin strip and stapled it into the plywood sub floor. Easy method for protecting the layers beneath the vinyl. I needed something that would flex easily around the curved garage area. Highly recommend this method : )

What adhesive did you use for the insulation to the van floor and the plywood to the insulation? Nice work👍
I used 3M 90 to bond the black mini cell foam strips to the trenches in the van floor.
GE Silicone II to bond the pink foam board to the raised portions of the van floor. PL 300 foam board adhesive to bond the plywood to the pink foam board. And vinyl floor adhesive to bond the vinyl to the plywood. Thanks for watching :)
