When we learn to treat ourselves like we want to be treated, we find self empowerment. When we make space to place ourselves first, we discover how we can better care for our families. If I don't take care of myself, I am not my best self. Every day, I am learning ways to speak lovingly to myself. Every day, I am learning to love my body as much as it loves me. ❤
Very interesting! I had PCOS, went on ozempic, then lost a bunch of weight, got pregnant at 41, had a baby at 42 and am now breastfeeding. (Obviously off of ozempic since pregnancy) I'm now overweight again since the baby, and since I'm breastfeeding I'm kind of at a loss.
So true , long ago when you went to a restaurant they always started with the salad. But now they put the bread or chips first to fill you up. Then salad followed by the protein.
I dont understand all these complications regarding a healthylifestyle, it's just all too confusing to a regular thin person, let alone to somone who is overweight trying tonlose weight. Becoming thin and staying thin is mostly psychological. Most people overeat to console the emotions.just ask any thin person what they do or better question would be what they don't do. Not eating chemicals is a non brainer. Being thin and healthy should be very simple, let's stop confusing people. Also, not using any chemicals even if you grow your own food in your own garden ,which is impossible for most people , is utopian ,if you want your gardening efforts to.come to fruition, pan intended. And to address the second part of the interview. Let's call the baby by its name. Yes its the men who treat women differently based on how old they are. Men are the ones who should be seriously re educated about morals and values.

Order to eat = Salad 🥗 Protein 🍗 🍳 🥩 🧀 Starch 🍠 …I wonder if we combine the “ Fit for Life “ concept with intermittent fasting = very similar
That order is how our parents always taught us to eat😊
Amazing!
