Wasn't planning on doing any extra exercise necessarily maybe besides and late-night she gone and or yoga , but I was in such a state of agitation that I needed to get some more active movement in. And this was such a good blend of active and passive movement. It really helped. It doesn't change the circumstances that I'm currently dealing with, however, it did help me to bring myself back to a place of more calm and balance. I really appreciate that. Thank you for helping me to help to channel my anger so I could settle down and find some gentleness and clarity 🙏

Hi, i have a question. In kung fu we need to endure the muscle aches and keep training, right? do you have any tips for that? I alwayw try to stay focused and not think about the pain, or is just better stop training for somes weeks and to let the muscle pain go away?
