I got diagnosed with an illness a year ago that makes it hard for me to do things like stand and walk for long periods. I have felt a lot of hatred and resentment for my body since then, but have nevertheless been building my strength with different exercises. I am so grateful to have found these videos and qigong, thank you for sharing. The breathing helps regulate my heart rate, and the meditations and movements help ground me in my body and in the present. It has reminded me to love and be grateful for the body that I have, even if it doesn't work the way it used to. Thank you.
This is one of my favorites to return to…despite having it memorized, I prefer doing this with your guidance as I always hear something new to focus upon. Today, it was really trying to imagine ‘bringing my mind back to the body’ which you so often say. Thank you! 🙏

Since I came back from the retreat in Colorado, I started watching your Qigong video, and I've found it's great and helpful to make me halthy physically and mentally. These videos are my regular morning routine before breakfast as I do enjoy achieving the movements with relaxation & breath in sync while reclaiming the mind for my body’s wellness and releasing all tensions & concerns. ❤

Something I find helpful is memorize a couple and add a little bit at a time .the first one he did is one that just loosens me up.
