    [ingredients]
    (Dough)
    250g strong flour
    3g salt
    3g dry yeast
    20g sugar
    100g soy milk or milk
    1 egg yolk
    50g water
    20g butter
    (filling)
    5g cocoa
    20g chocolate
    20g butter
    25g soft flour
    1 egg white
    [How to make]
    1. Knead the dough using a bread machine (primary fermentation)
    2. Melt the chocolate and butter
    3. Mix the filling ingredients
    4. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them into balls.
    5. 15 minutes at room temperature
    6. Roll out the dough into a 18cm circle.
    7. Apply the filling and layer the dough
    8.Mold
    9. 40-60 minutes at room temperature
    10. Apply milk
    11. Bake in the oven at 190℃/375℉ for 30 minutes.
