    [Ingredients] Mold Φ8cm x H5.5cm 5 pieces

    165g strong flour
    3g dry yeast
    2g salt
    15g sugar
    15g salted butter
    90g milk
    1 egg white
    (filling)
    250g Red bean paste
    custard cream
    (custard cream)
    1 egg yolk
    80g milk
    10g sugar
    2g potato starch
    vanilla essence
    [How to make]
    1. Knead the dough for 20 minutes
    2. Primary fermentation 40 minutes
    3. Divide the dough into 5 parts and roll them into balls.
    4. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
    5. Apply butter to the mold
    6. Stretch the dough to 15cm and wrap it around the red bean paste.
    7.Put in the mold and leave at room temperature for 40-60 minutes.
    8. Preheat the oven
    9. Apply milk to the dough
    10. Bake in the oven at 190℃ (375℉) for 20 minutes.
    11. Fill with custard cream
