    【ingredients】
    (Dough)
    250g strong bread flour
    20g sugar
    3g salt
    3g dry yeast
    160g milk
    1 egg
    15g butter
    (filling)
    115g cream cheese
    20g granulated sugar
    marmalade jam
    [How to make]
    1. Knead the dough in a bread machine (primary fermentation)
    2. Mix cream cheese and granulated sugar
    3. Roll the dough and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
    4. Roll out the dough to 36cm x 45cm
    5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and spread the filling.
    6. Shape the dough into a braid
    7. Leave at room temperature for 40-60 minutes (secondary fermentation)
    8. Preheat the oven
    9. Brush with milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar
    10. Bake in the oven at 190℃/375℉ for 25 minutes
