Great idea! I used to fry ground beef or turkey and chop ot finely to freeze it for later. Sometimes its easy to cut the amount of meat for a recipe in half and stretch the meat protein out for multiple meals. Definitely going to try this 😊❤️🇺🇸👍

Definitely cook the meat ahead of time. I also tend to cook a starch (rice, potato, pasta) and have veggies ready to go (already cooked in AF)

Great Idea, I will try it but not to sure about the ground beef. Do you warm the beef for Big Mac bowl or keep cold?
We warm it up!!
If you cook that all at once is it still good for a week. A lot of time it says it’s not good for over 3 days. I have problems eating something after 3 days.
You could try it for 3 days to begin with to see how it goes! Let us know if you have any questions!

This is all well and good if you have a stove. I literally cook with only one camper burner, a microwave, air fryer, instant pot

Studies on the effects of cooking on meat have not shown significant changes in protein value, according to the American Meat Science Association.
Or 50 g of protein or whatever it is
