This was my second air fryer ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . The last one worked fine but was large and a bit loud. This one is outstanding. It is smaller overall but still has plenty of capacity. It crisps the food better. You don't get one side soggy if you forget to turn it over. It is pretty quiet, easy to use, easy to clean, and works great. It chimes to alert you to functions, like when to turn over food that benefits from that. The automatic pre-heat is great. The display is large and easy to read, the light inside is actually useful. The window is worth the extra $10. It looks good sitting out on my counter. I haven't been this happy with an appliance for a long time. Good value for money.
Waaay too much fun to watch and learn! Excellent presentation. How am I the last (!) person on earth to learn about this??? A whole new world and even better thanks to you guys.
Great recipe and I like the butter mixture too and the help with the baked potatoes. I always go with Dale's meat marinade or Moore's marinade (2/3 hours) and then McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning (just before cooking) on my steaks and same seasoning (McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning) on my burgers. They come out with a great flavor, this was my second time to air fry steaks and they came out better this time so thanks for the info especially on how long to cook them.
Really appreciate the baked potato help too, and the compound butter! Think I might try reducing the ribeye cook time slightly and doing a quick reverse sear in cast iron on the back end. Thanks for the video, great job!
When I Air Fry potatoes that large...I microwave them for 4 or 5 minutes before putting them in the AF... takes less time to cook but taste the same. I enjoyed your video...
I just two filet mignon seared in frying pan for about two minutes each side and put it in a already preheated air fryer for about 6 min ..3 each side and let it rest for five…absolutely perfect 👍🏽
I love pan fried ribeyes, so tonight i bought a 2 pack. I'm cooking one in a air fryer and the other my usual way, in a fry pan. I'll do alittle taste test.
You two are amazing love the energy and yes me buying my wife an air fryer for Christmas has brought to this Channel and now a new subscriber !!! 🤙🏽 we made steaks tonight for dinner I wanted to see how it was going to work this video made it so simple which it really is !!! Thumbs up 👍🏽
Since this video is a little old . You might be able to answer this question. 1 did you get the air fryer 2 did you ever make some steaks 3 how did the steaks come out.
you 2 are fantastic and very entertaining! you should have a cooking show on TV! anyway, i'm trying it exactly how you did it for dinner tonight!. Thank you for taking the time to make the video so we can all enjoy it!
#499 for my fellow Texicans enjoyed video first timer but not last. I just today rec. my A. fryer gone to pu ribeye can't wait to try. Stay strong from Crazy town home of The Baker.
hey there, well when i saw you ready your ribeye i knew you were my chef lol, as you did not soak your steak with oil nor did you overspice it, great job, i just bought a new power xl air fryer.
Was great. Note I see you appear to have left UA-cam? Sad. And, I have that exact air fryer. At least I have stuff to try. If you see these comments, ignore the trolls.
New subscriber here. That meal looks great and i will try that with some ribeyes and my ninja foodi grill on the air fryr setting. Oh and your wife is hot.😉
I'm just learning to cook .How do we know we can trust the cow it came from? Where on the cow does that steak come from the rib or the eye? This is so confusing 🥩🤦♂️ 🐮💨 it's a piece of 🍰 I mean🐂
The steaks looks good. But for future reference, you need to wash your meats first before you put your seasoning on them because of health purposes such as salmonella, e-coli and contamination. According to the FDA, all meats and vegetables needs to wash before cooking so you won’t get sick. So I’m giving you food for thoughts.
USDA and pretty much all credible food science sources would say otherwise... www.fsis.usda.gov/wps/portal/fsis/topics/food-safety-education/get-answers/food-safety-fact-sheets/safe-food-handling/washing-food-does-it-promote-food-safety/washing-food#:~:text=One%20common%20mistake%20that%20consumers,or%20poultry%20before%20cooking%20it.&text=However%2C%20washing%20raw%20poultry%2C%20beef,other%20foods%2C%20utensils%20and%20surfaces.
@@caseyb4695 Veggies yes, however washing meats actually just spreads the bacteria and does not eliminate it. Modern science has shown that washing meats does more potential harm than good. I used to wash my meat before cooking until I read all the research. Cooking to the recommended internal temp is the only way to safely kill bacteria :)
Well. I guess you can cook a steak in an air fryer. I guess you can make a pizza on a grill. Best to cook each in the best way though. Folks hope air fryer will cook everything, but it will not.
No it wont, but this kind of information is great for maybe young adults that just started colledge and are out on their own, A airfyer for a beginner is great. I personally just like searing a room temperature on a cast iron skillet. It takes exactly the same amount of work leaving it there then flip. perfect steak every time. Only its smokes allot
Why kosher salt & and cracked blk. pepper? If you check, you'll see that SALT is SALT and Pepper is Pepper., No kosher , no cracked . Guess people still want to follow what everyone else does. No difference in the taste, folks.

Looks delicious lovely wife
Nice enough but typical American fare, what can I say. No imagination as to feeding the soul, just feeding the belly.
huh?
Wrong oil, wrong times, wrong Temps, handling of food was nasty
The woman is lame
Way over the top
You cook you clean but you are not comedians
