    Bro does high reps/volume basic bodyweight exercises like pull ups push ups builds muscle (high reps means 100,500,1000)?

      yes do 100 pushups a day to build muscle

      No doubt that doing 100 pull ups per workout results in crazy gains, however
      Its better to progressivly overload and do for example 4 sets of 12 reps of pullups, if you can do more than 12 reps of normal pullups then you would add weight or change pullup variation to like archer pull ups or something that would challenge you
      Do what you want, cant go wrong with calisthenics

      Yes of course. There are many different ways to build muscle my friend and I would suggest experimenting until you find something that works for you that you enjoy doing.
