Hey just general questions no hate, why do you opt for easier exercises like the Aussie variations instead of taking the harder ones like pull up variations to start with since they require more power to control accordingly than the Aussies. Why do you go with gloves, is it because its winter or do you rock em generally? Much love and best of luck on your journey.
Hey brother, yeah it's winter here where I live in Canada so it gets pretty cold and the bars are sometimes wet, icy and slippery so I use gloves with grip to get a safe hold on the equipment. As for the inverted rows or Australian pull up variations, I find they help with working muscles that are harder to hit in other positions such as the lower trap, the rear delt, and the rhomboid. Short answer is it works really well for me and I enjoy doing them. Regardless of what I like doing or my preference with workouts, you should do what works for you and your goals. It's different every day depending on how my body feels but usually between 30 mins to 1 hour and 30 mins.
