I just made these and they’re delicious!! Even my fussy husband loved them! I used coconut oil to fry them in, and it made me think, that if you add shaved coconut to this recipe you could batter shrimp 🍤 or chicken, even zucchini and make fried coconut shrimp! 😋 My favorite! Thank you Mr and Mrs Berg seriously for all you do to help us live healthy. Your hero’s, in my book, because you help save lives!!! God Bless you both and your family and this “ Ministry” of health care you provide! ❤️

YUM! I know that I would love these! I haven't eaten anything close to a bread in a looong time. My taste buds have dulled over time, so I prefer bold tastes. This recipe looks like it would fit the bill just fine! Thanks!

Using bread to scoop the fat is quite funny doctor. Here's why: My great grandmother (maiden name: Bourder) had told me that during dinner at her parents they'd have natives at their place for supper often times. While dinner was being eaten; the gentleman native would scoop his bread into the fat and he would eat every morsel. it was his favorite.
P.s. You two are going to make history. Don't stop! Good, quality and wholesome recipes and a unique aspect as well. It is very kind for you both to give these videos to us for free. Thank you! Bless you!

So Dr. B I’ve been binge watching your videos because I find them very informative. I feel like I might have an IR problem so I’ve been drinking AVC, cutting out sugar, & fasting. My mid section is my biggest problem area of course. I just wanted to know what & when do you recommend for exercising to lose weight when fasting & ketoing? Is it okay to work out during your fasting hours or should I be waiting to workout after consuming food for best results. I notice that you mentioned in one vid that exercising can be stressful so is a light walk something that could really help? Please, I’ve been on this mission to lose weight specifically my belly for 10+ years. Thank you.
