I make a breakfast smoothie daily, and I also love having a tasty smoothie as a quick snack! All you need are simple ingredients like frozen fruit, spinach for hidden greens, coconut water, and optionally protein powder. These smoothies are a simple way to get in more greens and nutrients! Take 5 min for a self-care smoothie moment. 🍒

    🥭 MANGO VANILLA SMOOTHIE
    -1.75 cups coconut water (add more if needed to blend)
    -2 cups baby spinach
    -1 inch fresh ginger root (peeled)
    -2 heaping cups frozen mango
    -1 frozen banana
    -1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein
    -1 scoop marine collagen (optional)
    🍒 CHOCOLATE CHERRY SMOOTHIE
    -1.75 cups coconut water (add more if needed to blend)
    -2 cups baby spinach
    -1 frozen banana
    -2 heaping cups frozen cherries
    -1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein
    -3 tbsp nut or seed butter (~1 heaping spoonful)
    🫐 BLUEBERRY VANILLA SMOOTHIE
    -1.75 cups coconut water (add more if needed to blend)
    -2 cups baby spinach
    -1 frozen banana
    -1 cup frozen wild blueberries
    -2 tbsp chia seeds
    -1 scoop marine collagen (optional)
    -1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein

    Do you have a link or a particular brand for those frozen blueberries ? All I see in the frozen section just says blueberries not wild blueberries. And is there a difference between the fresh blueberries in the plastic containers in the produce section vs those frozen ones?

      If you have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s nearby, they both carry them - here’s the link for WF amzn.to/40cW2I3 - I like wild blueberries because they taste even better and have more antioxidants, but you can also use normal frozen blueberries. They are a healthy option too! I prefer frozen over fresh for the smoothie because freezing helps lock in the nutrients and it makes the smoothie cold, but you could use fresh.
