Smoothies like this are perfect for busy mornings when you don’t have time to cook and it is especially great when fasting during Ramadan. An easy way to get nutritious calories in🤌🏽 I usually have this after my workouts as it’s fast digesting

It tasted like wood. Like, so much worse than I could've ever imagined. The peanut butter doesn't go well with fruit.
@@Emceemur I currently skip the granola and peanut butter and I use lowfat quark instead of greek yoghurt. It also depends (obviously) which proteinpowder you are using. My personal favorite would be cinnamon mixed with natural/tasteless protein powder. Pure cinnamon powder is too sweet for me/kills the banana and blueberry taste.
Try almond butter instead of peanut butter, it's a game changer

I guess it depends on your height/weight, because 568 calories, to my needs, is a great low cal breakfast. Im eating in a deficit at 2,000 calories a day, so any meal under 650 is perfect for me.
That being said, 2,000 calories is also the average recommended daily intake and not a cut. So it's difficult to see this for bulking. If this was on top of meals, I'd agree. But if this was a meal replacement, its totally fine.

This is one of your first recipes I made. But I use whole milk. Skim milk is poison. I also substitute the protein powder for peanut butter. Delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk: 8g protein | 150 cal
53g Chobani Greek Yogurt: 5g protein
4 Tablespoon PB: 16g protein | 320 cal

Which protein powder without sugar?
500 kcal is way too few :D I make mostly same with without blueberries and instead of granola i add 50g of oats and 25g of almonds. It ends up around 1k kcal :D

You lose most of the fat and protein, while doing so, it becomes more of just a regular smoothie

Not really, considering that breakfast is one of 3 daily meals, you could basically eat 4 of these and still not meet your daily maintenance
Yeah i read up trying to fine a good greek yogurt smoothie and it said just that greek yogurt is good for you if you eat it on its own. plan, because people add so much stuff to it becomes a high calorie and high sugar shake
