Anything that reduces anxiety is helpful. I also recommend mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral therapy.
It's a journey of self discovery and finding what works for you.
As someone who has quit NUMEROUS times for days, weeks, months, years at a time AND even once for a decade, I've gone from: *Believing I'd NEVER be able to quit ... to
*Knowing I CAN quit ... to
*Beliving I don't know how to STAY quit.
A missing piece for me was found in IFS (befriending ALL my parts WITH compassion) AND learning how to re-regulate my sympathetic nervous system.
