My question is about your caloric intake in the one meal. Are you still getting the same caloric intake you used to get with multiple meals through that single meal?

Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day. It just doesn't have to be before 11am. What I mean is that the first meal that you eat (the meal you break your fast with, aka break-fast) should be the most nutrient-dense, insulin-controlled meal of the day. Awesome video Mike!

This one is confusing....so let's say you go to bed 2 hours after dinner...then you wake up 6 hours later, that's 8 hours....you're saying I should not eat for another 4-5 hours??? How is a person supposed to have energy, fuel, etc, to do activities throughout the day without literally passing out? Literally when this happens to me I get dizzy, anxious, and physically I feel tapped out. Not talking about portions, or how many times to eat....Crocs also have no predators...and greensharks literally live so deep theyre not as subjected to the over fished waters like other common sharks....I understand your message, but a slim dude like me won't last on this method....

I totally agree with you, Mike. Your claims are backed by science. I have been following this protocol of one meal a day, maybe two on dome days, restricting the eating wondow to 6 hours whike fasting for 18 hours every single day and guess what. That changed my life insanely. My test levels are up, my libido skyrocketed, inflammation has gone way done, and the mental clarity is incredible. I must admit you are preaching precious advice to the entire world. Thank you very much, and God bless you, my friend!

    Pro's and Con's of 1 meal a day.
    Pro's,
    1. Better mental focus
    2. Better colon, stomach, and internal health.
3.Reduces chances of inflammation which is the root of all diseases.
    Con's
    1. If the one meal fails to provide sufficient calories, protein and glucose, your body will operate at a caloric deficit and you will lose muscle mass !
I only eat one meal a day twice a week to cleanse my system and allow it to rejuvenate. If done incorrectly, your body can suffer a serious weight loss!

Because, all dinner foods can be high in carbs if you make it so. It's social media people needing to create content, and push a narrative so they will say anything to justify their point.
