This isnt omad and it's barely intermittent fasting. You consume calories for about 12 hours a day so you're only fasting for 12. Shakes with bananas and peanut butter is a meal homie. This is caloric restriction rather than fasting. At most, its a "fasting-mimicking diet", but the body only gets the benefits of fasting after at least 16 hours of fasting. Mike seems to only get 12-14 hours without GLP secretion
Your fasting 11-12 hrs a day. Hydroglyph has 10 calories so technically you breaking your fast soon as you wake up. I guess it don't matter because you're hitting the gym with only 10 calories in your system.
Got a homie in the gym, you being around the L.A. area might know L.P. personally? He's 6'5"s, 205Ibs,& also around 10% Body Fat, still blows my mind when I see him in the gym. Last 24 hrs. of this 3 Day Water Fast but you Brothers are built different-a future goal for sure. Maybe a 16/8 Intermittent fast as a bridge?
if you only eat fatty red meat and egg what do you need to supplement? Edited: What you described is not one meal tho. Omad is when you consum all macronutrient within one hour everyday
Fatty acids from nuts are not healthy. The body need DHA EPA and plant material only have ALA which is not required for the body. The brain is made from saturated fat and cholesterol. Fatty beef and eggs are good for the brain.
Let's just stop the cap. Yes, IF works and is great for insulin sensitivity and maintaining a proper body fat percentage but not to gain this amount of muscle and hardness without being a genetic freak
ok, so its not really eating once a day - that was throwing me off - would be super hard to maintain all that lean mass with what you could get in one meal per day while also working out hard and having an active lifestyle - thanks for the break down and the [positive motivation for self improvement !
I weigh about 250. I’m trying to get down to about 220 right now. I’m gonna do it in Brother like this always encourage me, but I don’t eat a lot of meat. I started eating once a day but I found out that wasn’t working for me. it was actually making me feel bad.
*Age 50,* I agree with the general concept laid out as my protocol is very comparable and my muscle mass/weight is the same as my prime although not as strong/explosive. - OMAD: Technically, I agree with Mike that he is eating 1 meal a day. But the protein shakes means you are *NOT Intermittent Fasting* *Disagree:* The protein shakes are high in protein and hence spike insulin and break your fast. *Bulletproof Coffee* is basically comprised of pure fat and thus doesn’t spike insulin and essentially it doesn’t break your fast. *Keeping Insulin Levels and Blood Sugar Low much of the day is key to great metabolic health* Mike’s regimen is 💯🔥for healthy aging and maintaining muscle to age gracefully. #RESPECT #LuvTheContent

so this is a plug for planta? and you said something about lions but posted a graphic of a tiger.
Yeah this is definitely not 1 meal a day at all. How does he not know this.
Hey hey jus a quick question when ur snacking on the almonds & walnuts throughout the day are dey salted or unsalted and are you mixing them together or eating them separate lemme know aiight......other than dat Mike keep doing on what your doing and like u said......what u do mite not work anyone else.....sooo yea but again keep on what ur doing my g ahhhh🙏🏿🫡
"there is something beautiful about being discipline" - say dat!!!!
This is caloric restriction rather than fasting. At most, its a "fasting-mimicking diet", but the body only gets the benefits of fasting after at least 16 hours of fasting. Mike seems to only get 12-14 hours without GLP secretion
💯 fasting is life!
Wow only 2,000 Calories with that much size and strength is impressive 👌

Even if he doesn't eat like this, he is trying to get you to so you can buy his supplements.
Your fasting 11-12 hrs a day. Hydroglyph has 10 calories so technically you breaking your fast soon as you wake up. I guess it don't matter because you're hitting the gym with only 10 calories in your system.
It has sucralose, means up the gut and could mess with insulin levels
Got a homie in the gym, you being around the L.A. area might know L.P. personally? He's 6'5"s, 205Ibs,& also around 10% Body Fat, still blows my mind when I see him in the gym. Last 24 hrs. of this 3 Day Water Fast but you Brothers are built different-a future goal for sure. Maybe a 16/8 Intermittent fast as a bridge?
Excellent 👌
if you only eat fatty red meat and egg what do you need to supplement?
Edited: What you described is not one meal tho. Omad is when you consum all macronutrient within one hour everyday
Fatty acids from nuts are not healthy. The body need DHA EPA and plant material only have ALA which is not required for the body. The brain is made from saturated fat and cholesterol. Fatty beef and eggs are good for the brain.
Lost 5lbs in 3 days thank you sir. Protein shake after my workout have meal on lunch time and a protein yogurt with strawberries for dinner yum.
Let's just stop the cap. Yes, IF works and is great for insulin sensitivity and maintaining a proper body fat percentage but not to gain this amount of muscle and hardness without being a genetic freak
And Roids.
@TheCyberFitnessLeague sorry I should've typed "genetic freak."
ok, so its not really eating once a day - that was throwing me off - would be super hard to maintain all that lean mass with what you could get in one meal per day while also working out hard and having an active lifestyle - thanks for the break down and the [positive motivation for self improvement !
Mike is the man such a role model for or people I respect this man big time 💯💯💯👊✊
I weigh about 250. I’m trying to get down to about 220 right now. I’m gonna do it in Brother like this always encourage me, but I don’t eat a lot of meat. I started eating once a day but I found out that wasn’t working for me. it was actually making me feel bad.
When you fast on Monday do you work out
*Age 50,* I agree with the general concept laid out as my protocol is very comparable and my muscle mass/weight is the same as my prime although not as strong/explosive.
- OMAD: Technically, I agree with Mike that he is eating 1 meal a day. But the protein shakes means you are *NOT Intermittent Fasting*
*Disagree:* The protein shakes are high in protein and hence spike insulin and break your fast. *Bulletproof Coffee* is basically comprised of pure fat and thus doesn’t spike insulin and essentially it doesn’t break your fast.
*Keeping Insulin Levels and Blood Sugar Low much of the day is key to great metabolic health*
Mike’s regimen is 💯🔥for healthy aging and maintaining muscle to age gracefully. #RESPECT #LuvTheContent
Awesome 🔥
Perfect.. he speak the truth cause i done it this man is a master a sensei cause it will work for olot of people
This is not what I thought he was going to say at all.
I’m doing 16 to 18 hours per day. I tried 20 for some months but I like to train hard so I like the 6 to 8 hour window which is a smooth ie and 2 meals.. love the expounding on why we do it. Thanks!
Fasting beneficial atmost 10th hour. Between 6 and 10 hours. Before starts eating the muscles away.
How much protein are you eating in this one meal a day?
