Thank you, Coach Paul Eugene, for this very creative kettlebell workout. I switched between my 5 and 10 lb kettlebells. I don't mind the swings if I am in a chair, but standing up my back doesn't like. I hope you will do more of these, please.

This was an AWESOME workout, Coach Paul! Absolutely loved the super slow lifting & 10 rep format with only 1 set of each exercise. I see that you invested in a 10 lb, 3 handled KB for this video. I was surprised it looked so big. How did you like it?
I liked the 10 pounder and the size. i will use if more often except for exercises that it might be too stressful for.
