- Seated Strength Cardio Intervals is a 52 minute exercise workout for people with limited mobility who need to sit exercise and get fit. What is required for this workout are lite dumbbells, a sturdy chair or wheelchair and your body. This exercise workout will help strengthen your body and enhance your cardio vascular system. The exercises are safe, effective and will help burn fat and help with weight loss.

Grandpa Eugene, I am also a Great grandma. Because I have an ankle injury, I had no choice but to find a chair aerobic workout. I am so happy that I found this site. The exercises are extremely energizing and needless to say, I truly enjoyed this and other workouts that I did on this site. Please include me in your club. Although I am almost eighty, because I am use to walking 4 miles a day, I was able to keep up with you and loved every step. It's so interesting that I just injure my foot and now I am back to doing more seated videos for a while. So they are on the way.
This is my favorite video of yours that my husband and I have done. My husband sits in a chair for his balance issues. I do it from my wheelchair. Awesome workout Great Grandpa Eugene. I was only able to do 42 minutes out of 52 minutes at work during my 1 hour lunch break. Had to reserve some minutes to eat lunch, lol.
