If you do not have Kettlebells you can use dumbbells in the meantime until you get yourself some kettlebells. Using Dumbbells in a KB workout is not the same but it's better than nothing. You can buy the same ones I'm using in this video here. kettlebellkings.com?afmc=do

This was great. I have a slight knee injury and wanted to keep my fitness while giving my knee a rest. The last exercise I modified and I didn't sit up off the chair. I don't want any pressure on my knee. Thank you. I am coming back to this tomorrow.

KB’s are not based on weight or height. It’s about what you can handle. 10-20 lbs is a great start.
