- Are you still short on time? Try the 20 Minute Power March Walk Cardio Aerobics Workout. It is a high energy 155 BPM fast pace exercise for those short on time. The workout will get and keep your heart rate up. The marching, walking and aerobic cardio moves are safe and effective to help you burn fat, get some steps in and lose weight.

Hi Paul Eugene,I really love the fast moves and the different steps in this video.It keeps me hopping and moving.
I do this one 2x in a row right right after each other.I was wondering if you don’t have something similar to this one with the same beat and fast music that can give me 5000 steps in one session.I know it’s a lot to ask,but any suggestions.I don’t want to go with other videos because I like you spirit and enthusiasm so very much.
