- Chair Fitness Upper Body Workout is a seated exercise that focuses on the upper body for people with limited mobility. This workout does not require dumbbells but you use your natural body strength to make your body stronger. This workout can be done alone or along with friends, family members or care takers.

It is recommended to fo cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day and to do strength training at least one day a week but two days would be better with 48 hours of rest in between each strength training session. I did this whole workout while in bed sick. I made it through with minimal cheating, my left tricep wasn't into it. I'm gonna do this every day for a week and then try to use a 2 pound weight. Thanks for this video, it's so helpful!

Im not a religious person but I think Ive found god hahaha!.........seriously you have brought light and hope to me I am currently house bound laid up with a serious leg injury and orders not to put any weight on my foot. Ive been like this for 4 weeks and have started to put weight on and my feel the tone and strength going out of my upper body desperate for some kind of exercise I could do in a chair I found you Mr Eugene and thank the lord you decided to spread your awesome talent and knowledge with as many of us as you could through youtube which means little ol me living on an island below Australia can enjoy the benefit of your workouts.... I can barely type this my arms are still burning nicely my heart is pumping Im a little sweaty and feling very positive that this accident isnt going to impact my life as badly as I felt it was going to. You are a joyous being amazing for your 61 years I honestly thought you were in your late thirties early forties....... you and I will be doing this routine every morning now thankyou!

I have a neurological disease that has left me extremely debilitated. However all though I couldn’t do all the exercises your personality just makes it. I almost fell on the floor when you said your 61. I thought you 40 maybe lol.

My back always gets so sore and tired when I do the seated workouts. Any suggestions to mitigate this problem or strengthen my back so it's not a problem? I exercise regularly but my fitness level just doesn't ever seem to improve.
Your problem can be from a number of factors, the type of chair you are seating in, your posture or etc. I suggest you share your problem with your doctor.
