Another amazing and effective full body workout done. 🔥 My arms were still sore from yesterday’s workout 🤣 but that didn’t stop me. I did it while standing and marching in place throughout. Easy to modify movements for standing as needed. I love the Tabata style workouts! ❤️ TY!
