I would love to see how well this wears. Could you please update us?
Absolutely love your work! Love from Australia
Thank you Mandy!!! 💖💖💖
Hi, Tracey!
I'm dying to paint my leather sofa. I watched your videos painting this gorgeous chair, and I also watched your video where you painted a chair using "Finish All". Which products would you recommend for a sofa? Does one wear better than the other? Due to a dog-related scratch, I have to slipcover the cushions, so it will really only be painted on the arms and back.
How well does this hold up?
Tracey....sending lots of hearts from the UK as I just love your work!! Do you have a wicker chair that you could share ideas??PLEASE!!
Thanks so much for following along and commenting! I haven’t done wicker! Can you believe that?? I should put that in the line up of projects!!!
I'm gonna DO IT!!! question would you prime with the slick where stains are only before painting if the rest of the chair is fine?
Slick stick is not a stain or odor blocker, it is made for paint to easily adhere to a surface. For stains that will bleed through I recommend B.O.S.S. You can check out my blog for more detailed information here traceysfancy.com/prep-furniture-for-chalk-paint/
As for spot treating, I always recommend applying coats to the entire surface for overall seamlessness.
Suggestions please on how to paint the nail studs neatly.
I honestly just go low tech and use my finger but you could also use a sponge applicator or small paintbrush
Can you tell me what type of white paint you used? I want to paint 4 dining chairs. Help! I'm a first time viewer from Texas.
Hello and welcome fellow Texan!!!
I’d love to help you! I’m giving you a link here to this blog that has everything written out in steps and also has a full supply list. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the blog you’ll see a shop section with pictures you can click on to purchase products. Here’s the link:

Also.....when you watch my You Tube videos....look to the bottom right under the video and you will see a little arrow pointing down that looks like this ^ except it’s point down. Click that and a full supply list and information opens up for you! You tube makes it difficult to find.
Where can I find the paint for leather?
You can find all of the products I use and recommend through my blog traceysfancy.com/blog/ or purchase the chalk paint directly from Dixie Belle www.dixiebellepaint.com/paint/?aff=77
Hello from Fl
Hello there!
#replay
Is there a simple break down of the steps without diverting of the topic
Like 1) all products used
2) 1st step and product (pic)
3)
And lastly must cure x amount of time etc
Your video has a lot of good info, but is grainy so I can not screen shot the items and type the steps to myself
And there's a lot of side tracking that is making it discouraging to follow
You can find all of my projects with the written process on my blog. traceysfancy.com/blog/

Hi
Pee-a-knee. Lol
You are creative and that was why I clicked on the video. You would probably get more subscribers and sell more products if you didn’t talk to people your viewers can’t see…I think it’s unprofessional. This was a discouraging video with way to much talk and not sticking to the topic…didn’t even show the end result!
If you got so much work to do just stay on topic. You didn’t mention prep or if you cleaned the piece and with what?
