Muscle & Strength that’s fine , it clearly works because he is a top professional but cmon man be honest we can see from the video your jumping and head bopping all over the place doing front raises . He knows if you strapped him to a bench he’d be lifting half that weight only because he wouldn’t be able to recruit other muscle groups but his front delts would still be getting the same stimulation because of the isolation.
Why isolate? So what he uses his whole body? He works more muscles that way and progresses faster while those worrying about strict form spin their wheels with 25lbs. Loosen up your form, grab the bigger bells and get some progressive overload.

There in lies the issue. Heavy weights arent the only way to build muscle. Its all about hypertrophy for bodybuilding. But i absolutely respect that it works for Branch and The King, obviously they have the success with it. Everyone builds different but at the end of the day we all have the same goal and motivation in this industry, to be the best versions of ourselves.

I would have never commented on his form until that rant. He DOES throw weights around, and I'd say he has too much body English for someone starting out, or new to lifting, but it obviously has worked for him, and people just need to realize if you have incredibly strict form you're leaving a lot on the table

The avg would make far better gains with loose form and using as many muscles in their body as possible and not waste time with isolation movements.
