Achterste schoudekop word ook beter geactiveerd, met een dumbel langt je lichaam

    • @jimsmith1550

@@qwerty-wf2pw I train them directly once a week. Usually a couple days after chest because they get worked hard on chest day also. I will usually do about 5 exercise 4 sets 15-20. By then they usually start to give out and I stop. I don’t overhead press like he said. I found it to be useless for development. Also have realistic expectations natural shoulders can look good but never like his. Also go check out John meadows for rear delt. It really helped bring my shoulders out blasting the rear delt.

GREAT video just found your channel liked and subscribed and can't wait for shoulder day! My front delts are awesome but side and rear lacking so will use your methods! I love the Rep Fitness cambered bar and do standing shoulders resting against 90 degree incline bench.

The back ground sounds like Type O Negative who's singer was muscular as well. I work out listening to Type O and this channel I relate with the most. Thanks for the info, brother

When I do my delts on shoulders day, I work them back to front (rear, side, front); only two-three exercise each per muscle group. I did try and liked the side delt raise using ankle cuffs on my wrists. Thanks for sharing that, Wesley.

Thank you Wesley. Always helpful, knowledgeable and great persona. Have been watching for years and have seen the progress you have made. Best out there as far as I'm concerned.

Yes. Agreed brilliant. More of this for all the major muscles please. I like to compare notes. Aside from shoulders Could you start with arms followed by calf's then abs. The rest you decide which order. Thanks. Impressive!
