    • @jimsmith1550
      @jimsmith1550 Місяць тому

      @@qwerty-wf2pw I train them directly once a week. Usually a couple days after chest because they get worked hard on chest day also. I will usually do about 5 exercise 4 sets 15-20. By then they usually start to give out and I stop. I don’t overhead press like he said. I found it to be useless for development. Also have realistic expectations natural shoulders can look good but never like his. Also go check out John meadows for rear delt. It really helped bring my shoulders out blasting the rear delt.

    Probeer een keer met een front raise je handpalmen naar boven en je elleboog iets te buigen, dan activeer je de fronts nog meer en voorkom je over name van je traps.
    Achterste schoudekop word ook beter geactiveerd, met een dumbel langt je lichaam
    Ik heb dit niet bedacht, maar zag dat in een video, waarbij dat gemeten werd met eletronen.
    Ik doe dit nu 4 maanden (train al 25 jaar) en zie zeker voor de rear delts een groot verschil

    The training went very well, I felt the pumping and afterwards I still feel that they were worked.
    For years I tried my hardest to lift as much weight as possible with military push-ups and other exercises for the shoulders with few repetitions 7-10 with insignificant results, but I chose with a chronic tendinitis in the right shoulder. I like your presentation, you go straight to the point and start the movement very quickly rather than like too many body builders/ trainers waste a lot of time describing the muscle groups before they tell you which exercises are good for building that muscle! It’s exhausting to have to listen to all the technical jargon, which is meaningless unless you are a therapist or a Doctor. All beginners want and even the advanced weights lifters want is good advice and demonstrations of new exercises techniques or the old techniques with a twist to hit a different muscle. So thank you for Not talking us to death!😂
